bathtub refinishing
+ -1 moreThe refinishing looks fine - it's now white instead of yellowish - but the water is still pooling at the bottom. Because the tub had to dry, this could not be tested right away. He said if there was still an issue with the pooling, he would come back at no charge and fix it. After repeated calls over a week, he has not returned my calls. Because he doesn't stand behind his work, I give him an F overall. Also, he was 3 hours late - he did contact once to say he'd be an hour late, but then I didn't get further contact until he showed 2 hours after that. He seemed professional while he was here, but due to "taking the money and running" I would never use him again. I know need to pay someone else to fix this.
Description of Work: Also doing business under the name of Tub Busters. I paid him to refinish the tub. Tub was yellowed and had water pooling at the bottom (not draining). He advised that he could fix the pooling issue, and he also charged me extra to do so.
