This house didn't have gutters to begin with. When it rained, the water would just come straight down. The gutters they put in, the rain is still doing the same thing, coming straight down. I have all this water building up in the front and on the side of my house. I have called them out here several times and they won't do one thing about it. They took advantage of me and then they lied to me. Now they won't do anything about it. They told me that once they put the gutters up, that the water would not fall straight down, but it does. I was to have 3 days to change my mind. They had someone over here the next day to put the gutters on. I didn't have the 3 days. I will not recommend them.

The first date to begin work was postponed by LeafGuard, then when work began, quickly it was apparent that the quality of the product and the workmanship represented at the point of sale was inferior and nowhere near the $6800 contract price level, With about 30 feet of Leafguard gutter installed and failed discussion of my quality concerns with the work crew, I cancelled the job and later accepted the $750 cancellation charges.
