The desk personnel is efficient and ready to serve, The things that were not wrong with the vehicle that became wrong after going to this auto shop were suspicious at least. It happened three times, in a two month time frame. Admittedly there is no way to prove it, though the vehicle itself is not prone to this type of recurrence.

They were extremely prompt. I waited while they were doing it. It was done within 45 minutes or so. The waiting room is where they also have their front desk and all that kind of stuff. It's comfortable. It's got a television. You can also bring your reading stuff and tune out of the noise around you. It was fine. So far my car has done just fine after they've done their share.

They completed the regular maintenance of my car well, and the price was reasonable. They went back and forth on which type of oil to use on my Lexus (which made me feel uneasy - they initially recommended the wrong kind). In addition, I had scheduled the maintenance, and they scheduled it incorrectly. When they said it would take 30 minutes, it took closer to 1.5 - 2 hours. I was on a deadline and at their mercy. They apologized and said this was not a regular occurrence which I believe based on previous reviews. I will use them again and hopefully have a better experience.

Exactly as explained to me. We set an appointment time, and the work was completed ahead of promised time, even though we added the second motor mount to the repair after the start of the replacement of the first motor mount. The second one was found to be cracked, and they asked whether I wanted to replace that one too. I said yes, and the work was still finished ahead of time.

It was good. They did well as far as i remember. The interaction was nice, i really liked them.

Very Well. My 1997 Toyota Avalon, with 75,000 miles, was making a horrible sound and was very hard to steer. I was given a quote of $3800 at another garage, so I waited to have the work done until it could wait no longer. I was pleasantly surprised by the price, and it is running like new. Angie's list (as usual) came through with an excellent recommendation.

They found the cause of vibration - tires very low on air. Replaced a battery connection that was corroded. Repaired a tire with a nail in it. Schedule appointment online which was convenient.

The service turned out fine. I took in 2 vehicles in for the same service. They were both Lexus’s; one was a LS 400 and the other was a SC 430. I also upgraded to the synthetic oil option with was about $30 more. I had used the company before in the past. They do great work and have confident technicians. Getting my vehicles into them is fairly easy.

They were very nice and weren't condescending when discussing problems with other customers. I will definitely go there again.

They were totally professional, and quick. They observed that my windshield wiper blades needed replacement and offered (no pressure) to do it for me.They helped me recognize what sounds were "normal" for my car at this time of year, which helped relieved my anxiety that my brakes were shot (not so).

I can't remember the part but they cleaned it and that took care of the problem. I was especially pleased that they tried cleaning before replacing, which they told us that would be the next step if the cleaning didn't work. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I would recommend them and will return when we have a need.

I moved about a year ago, and I used Angie's List to research auto service shops. Lawson & Sons had the best reviews in the area. I had used two national chains over the past few years for tires, oil changes, and battery replacements. I have been disappointed a couple of times - once they failed to balance my tires and one of my tires started vibrating. Another time they replaced a battery and lead but used the wrong lead connector, which Lawson & Sons replaced. I feel much more confident using these folks. They are competent and easy going.

The fact that there is still an automotive repair service like Lawson's is around amazes me - a neighborhood entity that provides honest and very reliable service. They truly care about what they do.

Even though I misunderstood the deal I purchased (since it was for non-synthetic oil), they still honored the coupon I purchased. Very busy place with good service. Will certainly use them again.

It went well. They're "A" for everything. I got it done shortly after I purchased the big deal. There were no additional charges. They're credible. I would use them again in the future.

I was having car trouble and discovered I was in need of spark plugs, plus a few other minor issues. I called around and decided to take my car to Lawson's. They are conveniently located for me and reasonably priced. They did a fantastic job in servicing my car, replacing the spark plugs and taking care of a few other minor problems. They were fast, friendly and I would highly recommend them.

ole l was surprised that they claimed that the battery would not recharge, since it had been recharged to drive the car to them, without stalling on the way. I was surprised that they replaced it with a battery brand called California legend, esoteric to say the least, the cost of 141.20 seemed excessive to me. I asked for my old battery when I picked up my car, because i wanted to check it. I was asked why I wanted the battery, and when I said it was routine in my experience to provide the replaced parts, that it was my battery anyway, they wanted an additional $12 to give me my old battery. The person I dealt with was not someone I had dealt with before, when i had satisfactory experiences. I am 85 years old, and there are merchants who assume the elderly are gullible. I paid the bill and took my car because i needed it, but I would not use them again, nor recommend them. This was a ripoff. I do not know if the management has changed or the employees have changed, but this was an experience I would not want to repeat.

From person to person I have used them and they are extremely quick. I am very satisfied with them.

They had the car all day and i think they gave it a good inspection and i feel comfortable to leave it there hands if further work is needed they will be the place we will use.
