I contacted Eric the week of July 4th, he was on vacation and told me if I had not heard from him by the following Wednesday to call him back. I called him on Friday, July 12th, he asked me to text him my information and he would get back with me. I never heard from him. I guess business is good right now.

I just cant say enough about the STELLAR WORK they did! From the beginning Eric was great and on time. Very professional! From the start they were here to do the job and didn't hesitate. He gave upfront information and pricing and we were totally clear on what needed to be done and how it was going to be done. Crew was great nice friendly and professional as well. We will use again. if you want a local crew to come get the JOB done they are your guys. Again such amazing work. Thanks Eric,Dennis and Keith for a job well done!!!

This whole experience could not have gone any better. From the time I first met Eric, he was courteous, timely and helpful. I bid this remodel out to 5 different contractors and Eric's price was the 2nd lowest of them all. What made it an obvious pick besides the previous reputation was the fact he was able to do everything I asked of him where the rest of the bidders had at least one or more items they were not able to do for me and that I would have had to find another contractor to do. As anyone who has done a remodel knows, they take longer and cost more than you anticipate. From the onset I let Eric know that we had a deadline to meet in order to accomplish my loan refinance that had already begun. He won the bid on a Friday and had guys out that Saturday to begin working. They worked every weekend until the job was done and often worked well past normal business hours. To some that may seem like an inconvenience, but I thought it really showed their efforts to hit or exceed the deadline which they did by a full week. As with any contractor, your experience is going to be influenced by the subcontractors they utilize for their projects. Every new face that I met throughout this entire time could not have been nicer or more helpful. The main carpenter Keith was an amazing help to me. He would always stick around till I got home from work to recap what had been done, talk through what was going to go on the next day and answer questions. He also offered industry expertise when needed, best practices when I was unsure of something and even advice on what he had seen done in other projects when I was lost or needed another set of eyes. I cannot say enough good things about Keith. He was a great guy and really made the whole experience enjoyable. The Drywall guy. You heard me correct, one guy. Was UNBELIEVABLE! Knocked out the entire drywall work in just a few days. He always asked me if I was satisfied with the work and even offered me different options for how to finish the ceilings. I will tell you the truth, I did the rough drywall work and it was not great by any means. He worked magic on subpar seams. We went with a flat ceiling which shows everything and you cannot see one seam. The painting crew was phenomenal. Every day I was amazed at how much they accomplished. They were perfectionist. I seldom had the chance to catch anything that did not already have a black circle around it for repair the following day. Now onto the crowning achievement of this whole project, the Master Bath (Really wish I could post photos). This bathroom has received praise and compliments from everyone who has seen it. Many have said it is the nicest bathroom they have seen in a house before. When I started this discussion with them I told them that I wanted the Master Bath to be eye catching and memorable. When I talked to Eric about what I was thinking for the tile, he told me about a good friend of his that could get a pretty good deal on Travertine Tile. After looking at some of the photos of Eric's own bathroom that he used it in I was sold. The price was very competitive and the quality was great. Once the tile was chosen we had to then move onto patterns which if you have ever tried to pick alternating patterns for a 6 foot tub and floor to ceiling tile shower in a bathroom, it is quite challenging. He talked through it with me on many occasions. The team he used (Jose, Jose and Jose... Seriously that was their names) to pour the shower and install the tile were exceptional. They worked nonstop till the job was done, could not have been more kind and considerate. We must have spent at least 2 hours talking through various tile cuts and finishing touches. It was Jose's unsolicited recommendation to grind the hard edges of the tile to soften it that I think really completed the whole bathroom. I have heard many a horror story and read plenty of them on this website. I am so fortunate that I am not one of them. Eric and his men were the best contractor experience I have had to date and will for certain be who I use moving forward for all of my house repair needs. Of course there were small mistakes, miscommunications, etc. along the way as with any major remodel. What impressed me was how Eric and his team addressed each one and made sure I was completely satisfied every step of the way. Eric and Keith were always responsive to my calls and to my texts. My advice to you is to test what I have just told you.When you are bidding out a large project as I was, include Landmark Services in your list. See where they finish in price (I bet close to the lowest) and then trust me when I tell you the quality is without question what makes them so successful and highly rated. This has been a positive experience in all respects. After working with 2 other local contractors on separate occasions we were leery of another disappointment and turned to Angie's List. From the very beginning, Mr. Glasser was prompt in meeting with us, answering our questions and making suggestions for improving our kitchen. The quote that he gave us was within our budget and the time frame in which the project was completed was above expectation. He gave us daily updates and forwarded pictures on the project since we were out of town and was always available to answer our questions along the way. We were gone for 2-weeks and returned to a beautiful new kitchen with no signs of workman or their sawdust or paint cans! We are so pleased with the outcome of this project that we have asked him to quote us on another project and have already referred him to friends that have seen the kitchen.

I called Eric at Landmark to ask if he was interested in giving us a quote on splitting my son's bedroom into two smaller rooms, as we were getting multiple quotes for this job. Eric called me back after I left him a message and we chatted. He said he'd call me back to discuss a time to come over and look at the room. After a week of waiting I finally decided to call him back and ask if he was interested or not. Once again I got his voicemail. He called me back and explained that he texted me asking if the following day was ok to come over. He texted me on our home landline phone. Obviously I did not get it. Eric was professional and courteous when he came over to look at the room and take measurements, even suggesting something as far as the layout went that no other contractor had, which I thought was great. He said he'd email me a quote by the next day. The next day came and no quote. Two days passed and I decided to once again ask if he was truly interested in the job or not and he said that his employee had told him she sent the quote but I guess never did. Finally on the third day late at night I got the quote, which was nearly double the lowest quote we got and was 50% higher than the middle of the road quote we got. Needless to say after experiencing the lack of good communication and organization on his and his employees part, as well as the high quote, we decided to go with someone else. I feel bad leaving this review because Eric really was a nice guy and I can tell he probably would have done great work, but he needs work on his follow up skills.

The project went smoothly. I am already talking to Eric about doing another major project for me.

They were very happy to give an estimate. It was a no-cost estimate and they were happy to come up and talk with us.

I had four new windows installed in my living room nine months ago, and I thought I could save money by installing the window trim myself. After many frustrating months of sanding, adding drywall, and attempting to use a power saw that scared me to death, I admitted defeat and called Eric. He came over on a Saturday morning for an estimate, and when I liked the price he quoted, he said he could come back later that day to do the job, and he did! Nothing beats same-day service! I know you probably can't expect an estimate and a completed project on the same day, but Eric is worth the wait. He was very professional and courteous, and he did the job right the first time. I'm a perfectionist, and from the looks of my new window trim, Eric is too. I highly recommend him.

Landmark worked a 6 day week until the task was done - 10 work days. They offered, we agreed to the Saturday work - there was no premium. We made sure the hardwood flooring order was in warehouse before the project was started. Likewise with paint, we finalized colors a day or more before they needed to get it. We are a bit paranoid that our responsibilities do not hold up the contract.

Eric did a great job... he was very efficient, professional, and easy to work with. And he completed the job in a timely manner.

Landmark Services did an awesome job installing wood flooring upstairs in our house. The subfloor was uneven and there were lots of closets and small rooms to cover. Eric's crew was extremely nice, cleaned up after themselves each day, and did excellent work. I highly recommend them.

I called and Eric did not return my calls.

There was somewhat of a delay in getting the work started d/t another job the company had to finish. I was aware of the delay and opted to wait for them. Eric communicated about the delay with some minor prompting from me so I would know if the previous job was on track and approximately the date work would begin at my home. The crew prompltly arrived on the appointed day to begin work. The entire project took about three days and I am extremely pleased with the work. The crew cleaned up after themselves nicely and were professional. There were a few minor issues I had with some of the finish work around the doors, and Eric resolved those to my satisfaction.Eric was responsive to my inquiries before, during, and after the work was completed. I will use this company again for future upgrades to the house.

They were really quick to get on the job. They actually put more asphalt than they estimated, but they didn’t charge more for that. They went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. They solved some drainage issues as well.

I asked him to match the color of the rest of the house and it is not anywhere near the color. He said he would come back to fix it and he sent other people out and they said they would not do the repair.

I couldn't ask for a better remodeling experience. The quality of this multi-faceted project was top-notch with great attention given to details. All of the folks (Eric Glasser & crew) who worked on my house were courteous, punctual, skilled, hardworking, helpful, friendly and extremely honest. They came to my house almost daily from May 9, 2012 until the project completion of June 15, 2012 and worked diligently from 7:00 A.M. to often 6:00 P.M. I always felt very comfortable with Joe, Keith, Tre, and Patrick being in my house when I had to be away as they looked out for things and let me know when there was a problem (like a leaking hot water heater!). Eric always kept me apprised of any changes in schedule or in changes/needed additions to the project. I was consulted and, when needed, soundly advised on every aspect of the remodel. As a single woman, I had been told of all of the horrors associated with finding a good contractor who would arrange for and oversee the work and bring the project in close to the original estimate. I am happy to report, that I hired the best in the business with wonderful results and all within budget. What more could a girl ask for?

So, have you heard the one about the Nashville contractor who comes over to look at a potential job, tells you they have to look at prices, talk to a colleague etc, etc, then not bother to contact you again? You have? Me too - sadly, over and over again. Still waiting for this company to call back. Really don't understand it - just tell me that you can't/won't do the work. Lie to me, tell me you have a wedding to attend, you have to walk the dog, you have Legionnaires disease, anything you like, just don't leave me wondering if you are going to call. Let me spend that time looking for someone else. Stinks...

We were in a time crunch and needed to have work done quickly. Eric was just a tad higher in his estimate than another contractor who could fit us in right away, so we ended up not using Landmark to do the job. I would certainly have them bid on a job again from our initial experience with him.

Eric and his tream were wonderful. They did a great job on our new home. I would highly recommend them for any project.

Upon arriving to estimate my floors (I have about 1500 square feet of wood floors), Eric quickly identified that my floors were an ideal candidate for a screen and poly, instead of a full sand and refinish. He indicated that it would save me a significant amount of money and assured me that the floors would look brand new. Eric was 100% right. The floors look amazing and I couldn't be more pleased with the work his team performed. The before and after picture is like night and day. Another great thing is that since the floors didn't need to be sanded, the effective life of my floors has been extended, since I understand you can usually only sand and refinish floors 3 or 4 times before you need to replace them. I had several estimates, and Landmark was the only company to inform me that a full sand and refinish was not required to make my floors look brand new. Consequently, they were extremely cost effective and a great value for me, and their work was fantastic. I couldn't be more pleased!

After researching this company on Angie's list, we decided to use them to power wash and stain or deck due to their excellent reviews. While the owner was very friendly and professional over the phone, we had to call him after the completion of the job to tell him we weren't satisfied in how it looked (two days later.) He told us that his employee ran out of the stain he was using, however rather than the owner calling us to see if we were satisfied, we had to call him. So, I'm not sure if it would have been fixed had we not followed up with him. He did send someone out to do additional coats of the stain, and came down on the price due to the quality of the job. In addition, his painter dripped stain all over our newly laid concrete, leaving bright red spots all the way to the exit at the fence. In fairness, the owner was not on site due to some medical problems he was experiencing. However, his employees did sloppy work, in my opinion, which reflects on his business overall, and therefore my low rating. I can't say that I would recommend them to do another project for us. ***I edited my review to reflect that the owner personally called to apologize for the mistakes his employees made and offered to come out and make things right. We have gotten busy and not had a chance to call him back, however, because of his trying to make things right, I increased my rating from a D to a C.***

I called to get an estimate on refinishing the hardwood floors in my home. I spoke with Eric who was friendly, professional and helpful. But he was about to order lunch and said he would probably have time to come out that afterrnoon, but needed to check his schedule to know for sure. He said he would call back in the next hour to let me know if he would have time, and if not he would schedule an appointment. He never called back. I gave him several days to return my call, and when I didn't hear from him I tried again. There was no answer, but I left a message with my contact information, and told him to call me back once again in order to set an appointment. He didn't return the call, yet again. I tried one last time and was able to speak with him. He was not apologetic, didn't explain why he hadn't contacted me, and still refused to set an exact time and date for an appointment, stating he needed to check his schedule and would get back to me. I never heard from him again. If he didn't want the work, I wasn't going to push it. I just wish he had told me up front he wasn't interested, unwilling, or too busy to handle the job. I was very disappointed in his lack of communication, and I'm glad I didn't hire him because of it.

They did an excellent job. They were here when promised and were as near to perfect with their painting as you could get. I will be using them to do some remodeling this summer as they provide multiple services. I trust them to do a good job and be ethical in their dealings. I will use them for all my painting and remodeling services in the future, as I know they are trustworthy and do high quality work.
