The work took a little longer than expected, but we were very happy with the results. It was a pleasure to work with Eric.

Excellent, very patient with me, explained things well, excellent recommendations, professional, timely, just an overall great, honest company. could not have found anyone better.

Work actually performed by Landmark was very acceptable. His subcontractors, however, were less so. A bit sloppy with the work, not very attentive to detail, messy around the house. Maybe it's the old story of you get what you pay for. Again, if only Landmark had been doing the work, I'm sure the end product would have been better and my ratings would be higher.

We had a very positive experience with Landmark Services, we would recommend them to others and plan on using their services again.

Eric Glaser was the man that was in charge. They were excellent. They came when they said. Their people were professional. They did the work on a timely basis and they didn't mess up anything. They were very professional. I could have gotten it done a little cheaper elsewhere. I would absolutely use them again.

The job went absolutely perfectly. He was great with communication, there were no unexpected surprises and he finished when he said he was going to finish.

THE PROJECT WENT WELL. THE CLEANUP WAS ONLY FAIR, AND THE SLABS THEMSELVES STILL RELEASE DUST THAT SHOWS UP IN MY POOL. OVERALL, VERY ACCEPTABLE.

We contracted with Eric to replace our first floor vinyl and carpeted floors with hardwood and tile. Eric's responsiveness was excellent - he came to our house the day after we contacted him - on a Saturday. We received an estimate within 3 days. Eric suggested a new flooring store in the Nashville area, and we saved $2.40 per sq ft on the identical tile and $0.40 on the same hardwood by purchasing our flooring materials from the store he recommended. Within two days of deciding to proceed, Eric had scheduled subcontractors and had a schedule for our project. His subcontractors arrived as scheduled, on time, and professional. Eric supervised his subcontractors closely, checking in with us by phone or personal visit several times each day. His subcontractors were professional and performed their work well. Eric not only supervised his subcontractors, he took responsibility for making sure they completed their work on schedule and that the work was of good quality. He even grouted the tile in our laundry room himself when the tile contractor was delayed by one day so that we were minimally inconvenienced by the work. Eric's price was excellent. We received two other estimates, one significantly higher and one the same. We are absolutely thrilled with the finished product. The entire project took only 7-8 days. We would definitely recommend Eric for any home remodeling project and plan to use him again.

Eric is an outstanding contractor. He took care of every little detail to make sure I was able to move into the house I had just purchased. They even had to remove an existing fireplace/chimney in the middle of a room. I had new floors put in, all interior painting (walls and trim), moisture barrier under the house, wall built under the house to reduce airflow and insulate, new ceiling where fireplace came out, electrical work, wall removed, countertop installed, dryer venting to outside, plumbing work. Everything was done on schedule, and the work is outstanding. Eric is great to work with, has great ideas and makes every effort to save you money where possible.
