+ -1 moreThe experience was excellent and he knew the area extremely well. He had a great, friendly manner and had connections, so he knew of the properties that were coming on the market. He showed us what he thought we were looking for and gave really good advice. We walked through houses and he was fantastic; he helped narrow down our search using the computerized listing service. He is smart, personable and savvy, he understands esthetic and appearance-related stuff. Keith also understands the mechanics of houses. He is very good.

+ -1 moreKeith is fantastic. Even though we weren’t looking at high-end listings, he definitely gave us the royal treatment. We found an unbelievable deal on a foreclosure, but the owner (the bank) wouldn’t accept an FHA loan and was generally very difficult to deal with. He jumped through every hoop in the book to find a way to make sure we got our home. He is knowledgeable, professional, and has a great personality. If you live in the Nashville area, get this man on your team!
