I called Kaily's after getting a quote somewhere else and for a large dead tree alone they wanted $1200!!! Flavio came out, and I told him what I wanted done. I need a large (4 ft diameter trunk) tree cut down, 4 cedars cut down, 2 hackberries cut down, and all of the stumps plus one of my neighbors removed as well. I was blown away when his quote for it was somewhere shy of $900!!! I had very specific requests to remove the large tree without hitting/crushing other branches from other trees to maintain our privacy and they did everything perfectly how I asked. I referred them to a colleague and he says thank to their speediness and price that any tree cut down in his neighborhood had been cut down by them after I referred him. I cannot stress how great it was to feel like you are getting exactly what you are paying for. We are moving to a plot with 3/4 coverage of trees and any work I need done will be done by Flavio and his crew.

I spent a few days doing what I could to this tree, and yesterday afternoon gave in and called it quits - as the remaining two large trunks of this hackberry was just too overwhelming. They were leaning toward homes and power lines, and just way too tall. I called in a bit of a sense of urgency, and talked to the owner. I sent him pictures via text message and he called back and said it was a little hard to tell how tall or big a job it would be, and that his rate was 250/hr. We agreed 300 fixed was a good bet for either of us, regardless of how long it took. He was asked to just get the bulk of the top, lay them down, and I would take care of the rest. He said he could be out at 9am the next morning. His crew showed at 8:50 with everything they needed. They moved at a good speed, and were very safe and professional. I was so nervous and even asked them if they could do it without putting their big truck on my new driveway, and they did. Very professional, and went beyond the agreement and went on and did the entire tree for me. Which was, for them, only about 10 minutes of work, but saved me at least an hour I'm sure. Just got the remaining sections of truck down and cut them for me, and got them to the street. They cleaned up, blew all the sawdust and leaves away, put the brush where I asked them too (they would have taken it but brush collection is coming this week so.. why not, it's free). Before they left, the owner called me to make sure things were going well. Very happy with them, and I know my father-in-law in the area may be needing to hire someone for a job, and I know who to recommend.
