Description of Work: Three men came to cut a medium sized tree that was overhanging my small house. Using saws, a stout rope and a pick-up, they cut the tree down without doing any damage to the house. They cut the stem and large branches into fire-log lengths and piled the smaller stuff onto the brush pile I designated. It was done in less than an hour. Quite a lot less. I was pleased.

Description of Work: Needed to have 2 trees removed, one tree trimmed and one large branch removed. Called on Aug 4 and got estimate. Crew showed up on Aug 5 and performed work. Overall experience was great.

Description of Work: They were very courteous, and showed up on time. Ironically, the first stump I pointed out that needed grinding down was missed on the first visit, and was also missed on the follow-up visit (I called them back out because some things were missed). Also, my crepe myrtle was cut back so far it doesn't look like it will come back from the extreme pruning.

Description of Work: They cut down a large dead tree, cut a branch off another tall tree and ground nine stumps. They were very professional and were willing to do additional work while they were here. We were very pleased with their services and will recommend them to others. We will not hesitate to call them for future work.

Description of Work: They called back promptly, set the appointment, showed up exactly on time, cut down and removed a large tree. In addition they left the area very clean of debris from the tree.

Description of Work: The gentleman that gave me the estimate was a nice guy but his price was extremely high compared to other estimates that I received.

Description of Work: They did a great job on trimming the trees. I have no complaint with the service they performed. The only issue I had was Angie's offer was $199 for up to $400 of tree service. When the owner came out to see what I wanted done, he said that was a $500 job and I owed him $100 more. Since I had no way of knowing if this was a true estimate, I went ahead and paid him the additional $100. This is the only service I've had from Angie's List special offers that required additional payment to the provider.

Description of Work: When they came to evaluate the limbs to be removed, we were told that a tree, near the house, was dying and needed to be removed. A 3-man crew arrived on schedule, trimmed out the limbs, cut down the tree and ground out the stump. They were pleasant, professional, careful of our home and landscaping and did a very thorough job of cleanup. We would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: I have many trees lining two sides of my backyard. They have encroached way too far into the yard. They removed many small trees and large branches. I now have a useable yard again. I will actually be able to grow grass! They were only there 2 hours and never slowed down. I am so impressed with the job they did and how they cleaned up! Now wish I had done this earlier. I will definitely use them again!

Description of Work: They trimmed a huge oak tree, took out a Bradford pear, and trimmed a huge Bradford pear.
