About us

We specialize in Residential Real Estate Appraisals for homeowners, real estate agents, real estate investors and lenders who need an accurate, quality appraisals for estate, divorce or listing purposes. We can determine the best type of appraisal to meet the needs of each client. The typical appraisal fees range from $250 to $500. More complex assignments can cost more but are rare. Consultation fees start at $100 per hour. We will also tell you if an appraisal is not the best option for you. Lending appraisals are typically ordered by lenders and not borrowers. We do not complete appraisals for commercial property, businesses or non-realty items (personal possession) or determine property lines for fences, etc.

Appraisal for my house was way more than a home up the street that sold for way less, but had more square footage and a full basement underneath. I think he looked at the last 4 houses that sold in my neighborhood, averaged the price and determined my home value based on that. Never offered a business card or shook hands. Would definitely not recommend.
