Josh and his employees did an excellent job. My wife and I could not be more thrilled with the results. The project was completed exactly on time (I still can't believe it). The estimate we received prior to beginning was lower than the other two builders interviewed. Every cost was explained and accounted for prior to execution. I was on the job site nearly every day during the eight months required and there was work done every day. The work was done professionally and in a timely fashion. I had a contractor friend visiting from out of state who reviewed the work in progress and confirmed the high quality of the construction. Josh and his foremen were considerate, professional, and always accessible. Josh held weekly meetings with us, the architect, decorator, and other relevant personnel. I can offer my highest recommendation without reservation.
