Joe's All in One Home Improvements

He started out really well and he would be there from sun up to sun down. He and his workman lived there while they were building the house. The workmanship when he first started out was excellent and then as time went on and the workmanship got worse and worse. He kept me telling me any problems I would have he would come back and fix after the holidays. After three months into it after the first rain storm we had leaks everywhere. He said he that he fixed everything while I was at work and called me and told me we were good to go. After the next rain storm we had even more leaks. Everytime I called him he would put me off saying he was out of town, etc etc. Finally after months and months I ran into him and he told me I was the hardest person to work with and he was literally verbally attacking me. The reason i had called him so often was because I had leaks that he needed to fix and he never returned my call! After I looked into his business I realized that he had never had a license to build homes nor had he ever applied to do home improvement jobs.
