Description of Work: I got a few estimates for a tankless water heater, one fellow tried to talk me into a larger one. I don't remember what I paid, but it was reasonable. Jonathon is knowledgeable, efficient, and very professional. Came back, no charge for a minor adjustment. Recently asked him back for another problem unrelated to the water heater, came by the next day and resolved it quickly. He's also been very generous with his time and skills for folks in need.

+ -1 moreJonathan is very friendly.I don't normally allow strangers to show up at my mom's house without my husband or myself being there. I'm always leary of this, but since neither of us could get there I allowed him to go ahead.The faucet that he replaced, he had in his van, but he didn't charge her for it.As a matter of fact he didn't charge us for anything.The only thing he asked me to do was to sign up for Angie's List and write him a review.Now, how many people would do that! I told him I have his number saved in my cell phone in case myself or anyone else need someone. Thank you Johnathan. We will be using you again.
Description of Work: I contacted JBG for my mom. Her water pressure was very slow and she had a leak.JBG repaired the leak; he repaired the water lines and got the rust out that slowed the pressure down tremendously.He replaced her kitchen faucet.He called and showed up when he said he would.

+ -1 moreJonathan saved us! He did a great job, was finished in less time than he estimated, and didn't destroy us on the bill even though it was a holiday. His price included all his labor and the parts needed to finish the job. Basically everything except the heater itself. So by Sunday afternoon we had hot water again. I would highly recommend JBG for any plumbing job, large or small. He's friendly, fair, and does a fantastic job.
Description of Work: Our water heater was about 24 years old and finally decided to die on Saturday night before Easter. Great. We figured we were either going without hot water for the weekend, or taking out a second mortgage to cover the holiday weekend emergency call. But instead we bought one at Home Depot and called Jonathan Belch at JBG Plumbing. Jonathan is a great guy, and came out Easter Sunday morning to replace the water heater for us. He drained the old one, removed it from the basement, installed the new one, and took the old one away when he was finished.
