Work was performed in the Hendersonville location. They were very professional. Work was completed quickly. All electronics function as they did with the OEM windshield. I've experienced no increase in wind noise nor have I experienced any water leaks since replacing the windshield.

Great. It took 30 minutes. I was kept up to date on the arrival window. This is the 1st windshield I've ever had replaced, but they did a great job & I would not hesitate to call them again if needed.

My windshield had a chip that evolved into a long crack - 12" long. The quote provided over the phone $325+tax was much lower than comparable auto glass shops. Appointment set-up at my home was quick, easy and convenient. They called the morning of the install and gave a time when they would arrive. They were on-time and did a great job. Service provider was prompt, professional and courteous. They did not try to upsell or change the price after arriving for the appointment. Great customer service and a lifetime warranty.

Great experience w/ Jack Morris Auto Glass! Called on Wednesday 1/14 and spoke with LeeAnn. She was very helpful and took the time to explain the different options to me as well as costs associated with each option. Was able to make an appt for Friday 1/16, where Jonathan (tech) arrived in the 2 hour time window provided, and had my chip replaced in ~20-25 minutes for the exact cost LeeAnn had quoted me over the phone. Very pleased with service and work!

The rear windshield broke late one evening at a local home improvement store after putting too many large items in it on the coldest night of the year. The next morning I called Jack Morris and spoke to LeeAnn. She mentioned that I could bring the vehicle in that morning to their downtown location or someone could replace it onsite the next day. She also wanted to know if I was going to pay for it myself or go through insurance. For a much better price than I expected, Daniel came to my home the following day. LeeAnn confirmed the time and the installer coming within 1 hour. He was on time and very courteous. He took only about 30 minutes, vacuuming up all the loose glass and cleaning the window before he left. Having a shattered windshield went from a huge inconvenience to a good experience. I could not have been more pleased.

We were shocked to see a 9 inch long crack in the windshield of our Subaru Forester. We found Jack Morris on Angie's List and they were also recommended by our insurance company. They worked with our schedule to make an appointment quickly and we were in and out in less than two hours. The work is perfect and we can't even tell the windshield was replaced. The installation has a lifetime warranty too. We hope we never need their services again (ha), but would use themagain without hesitation.

Great service. The price was on the low side of quotes I got. They came to my office parking lot to do the work. They gave me a 4 hour window when I made appointment and narrowed it down to 2 hours the morning of the appointment. Their first opening was over a week from when I called. This was a bit of a negative, but I had to reschedule and they worked me in the next day. So that balanced out.

I thought there might be a problem at first when they did not contact me after not showing up first thing in the AM as I had understood, but after contacting them, Chad arrived within one-half hour. He was great! They did a great job. Customer Service over the phone could have been a little more understanding and not as dismissive, but I would recommend these guys for sure.

The service was awesome and quick. They came out as scheduled to replace my windshield. It only took about 30 minutes for them to replace the windshield. Very friendly and highly recommended.

We chose Jack Morris because of their location and because they were very professional over the phone. While another cheaper company was willing to send someone to our home, we respected that Jack Morris wouldn't send out a technician in the subzero temperatures. We drove the car to them. They never called us to let us know when it was ready. They also did a terrible job vacuuming out the glass in the back seat. There were large chunks just to the side of our car seat. They were rude when I asked them to clean the car again. Even after they did, there was still plenty of glass in the floor mats. I wouldn't use them again.

I got a chip in our windshield repaired on late notice on a Friday afternoon. Got in and out in about 20 min and the job they did was great - can hardly tell there was a chip. Good price, too. Btw - cleanest bathrooms of any auto repair place I've been. Very kind personnel who take pride in their work.

After checking Angie's List for top-rated auto glass companies, I settled on Jack Morris Auto Glass, who has an A rating. They provided a price quote $80 less than my insurance company's recommended auto glass service company, which came out to be only $1 over my deductible. I took my car in for service, which was done promptly and quickly, with minimal wait time. On the way home, I noticed a new noise coming from the front of the car. Thinking it was an engine noise, I stopped at my mechanic's shop and was advised that it was a windshield noise. So, I contacted Jack Morris Auto Glass, and they quickly offered an apology and an immediate evaluation and repair. To make a long story short, it took 3 attempts to repair the problem. However, I have to give the Jack Morris company top rating for their prompt attention, excellent customer service attitude, their willingness to do whatever it took to ensure my satisfaction with their work, and for their diligence in staying on top of the situation. I did not have to follow-up with them once. They initiated every follow-up. When they said they would call or be at my residence at a particular time, they came through exactly as promised. I don't believe the noise problem was from improper installation, but from a defective windshield, since they ensured twice that the seals were correct and true. They replaced the windshield a second time, on the third service attempt, and the problem resolved immediately. I highly recommend Jack Morris Auto Glass Company and am confident they provide quality, conscientious service and are concerned about customer satisfaction.

We had been scheduled by our insurance company with another auto glass provider where they charged extra to come to you and at a higher base price. I found Jack Morris on Angie's List and gave them a call. The employee who I spoke with was courteous and knowledgeable. She quickly gave me a quote on the phone, informed me they don't charge extra to come to you. Her price was lower by at least $60 that nearest competitor and this was for a specialized windshield with logo. I called a few others but none had better pricing. When I called back, they had saved my quote so I was quickly able to schedule the job for the following Monday (this was on Friday). They called that morning as they promised and gave me a time for their arrival. The technician arrived as scheduled and set to work in our own garage. He obviously knew what he was doing and efficiently replaced the windshield. I would highly recommend this local shop over the big franchise competitors.

Contacted Jack Morris. Woman took my information and my request for a tinted glass. Standard was untinted but she said no extra charge. Tech arrived on time got starting working. When I checked on him he was just about to install untinted glass. He called and confirmed the order was for tinted and scheduled to come out two days later with the right glass. He did and install went well. Professional service. Except for mess up on depot supplying the wrong glass on order would recommend them again.

In the past I had used a national chain auto glass company to replace my windshield when it was damaged, so I was planning to use them again. You've probably heard their jingle on the radio. I was shocked at how much they wanted for a repair -- almost $125! Instead I looked on Angie's List to see if any local places were well-reviewed and that is where I read about Jack Morris Auto Glass. I called the shop on a Friday afternoon and they were able to see me immediately, so I took my car to them right away. A technician inspected the chip and agreed that they could repair it. The repair took about 10 minutes and only cost about $40. They told me that if the repair fails and the cracks spread, that I could apply the $40 as credit towards a replacement windshield, which I thought was a nice guarantee. Overall, the staff were friendly and I was in and out very quickly -- very positive experience.

Very professional and reasonable price

I saved $80 by going through them. They were reasonable and timely. I did this as a gift for my son and they sent me a receipt in Minnesota. It was an all around good experience. They dealt with me long distance and were very helpful, accommodating and professional.

I called for a price. They gavve me a great price. I brought the car in the next week. Was very pleased with the work and how fast they were.
