Jason was incredible to work with, it?s hard to know where to begin. He is extremely professional, especially when considering my wife and I dithered for close to a year after our initial meeting. · Knowledge - Although we knew what we wanted, we weren't sure about the details. Jason brought many great ideas to the table which enhanced the project considerably. · Estimate/Budget - His estimate was accurate and he stayed on budget. · Communication - Perhaps his best trait, Jason set expectations early and followed through. When inevitable changes were required, he was proactive. We always felt as though we were dealing with a straight shooter. · Flexibility - Jason rolls with the punches, whether it was a light fixture or adding an HVAC system to the project (after work began), Jason was able to work with us to ensure our satisfaction. · Advocate - Jason puts his clients interest above all else. If Jason wasn't satisfied with the work of his workers or subcontractors he made sure it was fixed even if it wasn't noticed by us. As first time home owners, my wife and I were worried about finding the right contractor to enhance our home. After meeting several we decided on Jason and are very happy we did. He was great to work with and a real advocate who went above and beyond his call of duty. During this project our downstairs HVAC system (different for the one involved with the home remodeling) died. We needed a new system and needed it quick. Jason not only found us a reasonable priced system and provider (I priced two other providers), he ensured it was installed properly, within 48 hours. ON A SATURDAY!
