Measurement was fine. Installation was scheduled. And their attempt to put one seam in a large countertop was impressive however the seam ended up too thick and was right over the dishwasher opening. No supports were added, and shortly after cracks began appearing in the seam. Several attempts to call over several months finally resulted in a repairman coming to the house. BUT the repairman added a few shims and made counters unlevel, when you run your hand over the seam there's a noticeable elevation change. The repair was worse than the original job. I called Giorgio Agosta several times to ask him to come assess the problem and when I FINALLY got to speak with him, he was QUICK to anger, talked VERY fast, and ultimately started using the F-word numerous times and then hung up on me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

The company is highly unprofessional and incapable of communicating basic information so that you know what to expect for a granite counter-top installation. They did not arrive on time, the owner swears at you using the most incredibly vulgar language you can imagine when you are simply asking him why they did not tell you about having a plumber and electrician lined up to finish the job. (they should make sure you know about this and not just leave it up to your imagination even though it's in the fine-print in their contract). They did not have any kind of powder control on their saws so they left a fine dust all over the house. They don't tell you about other costs that you should know about but only tell you about them after you have already committed to using them. And the owner can barely speak English so if you can't get a straight answer from the secretary, then don't count on getting any answer at all from the foul-mouthed owner! I would definitely not use these people again. USE SOMEONE ELSE!
