The tech stayed in his truck as I tried the o0ener with my phone to make sure everything was good. Had a wire come lose and he got his ladder back out and fixed it along with cable ties to secure the wires .

Tyler was prompt, knowledgeable and pleasant to interact with! From my first phone call all the way through the end of the project, it was pleasant to work the gentlemen from Impact. I didn't feel any pressure to buy more then was needed.
