They arrived exactly on time. They were very professional and very friendly. Cleaned rugs with machine. Excellent job. It passed the white towel test.

We were going to ask them to do more, but they were in and out so fast. My wife was going to have the stairs done, but when she asked them about it, they were already at the door. She did not even realize they were done so fast. They said that they could come back and do it. The quality of their work was good. We only had carpets cleaned one at a time before. They moved furniture better than the ones we had used in the past. The actual cleaning was probably at par with anything we had used. We are pleased with it. They did the three rooms and hall way in forty-five minutes. I just had to call them about three times to get it scheduled. It was not a big deal. They were on time. Actually, they were a little bit late, but he called me ten minutes prior to tell me that he was running a little bit late. So, I do not count that against him.

I purchased a Big Deal from Angie's List for this service in January. They were backed up until Feb. 13, 2013 but were very prompt and courteous in making and keeping the appointment, even though they were late on the day of service because of a needed equipment repair. They charged extra for the stairs and for one bedroom which was more heavily soiled. The coupon cleared stated that these were the terms, so no surprises there. They were quick and thorough. very professional. It did take a bit longer to dry than they had estimated, but that wasn't surprising either.

Arrived on time, did great job removing soil from carpets. Finished in about an hour.

Overall went well. Carpets looked cleaned. They use 230 degree water to kill bacteria, diet etc. they were good at calling me back and being communicative which is important to me.

They sure know their stuff. Came in and did my bonus room and steps. Very professional and nice. Didn't take very long. My carpet looks like new and they said when they come back in the fall, the same process would be $65.00. Highly recommend them.

They were great. On time, very professional and my carpets look fantastic. This is the second time I've used this company and am making another appointment to get my downstairs carpets and sofa cleaned too. Highly recommend.

I purchased the coupon for the cleaning of three rooms and contacted the company right away. They were able to come out the next week right before a big party we were having. When they arrived, they called to let me know that in order to get up the larger stains, additional treatments would be needed at an extra cost. The results were great!

I bought a groupon from this company for air duct cleaning. They came and cleaned approximately 20 vents and one cold air return with a roto-brush and a truck based vacuum system. They found mold in our ductwork and treated it for that as well (which was about $100 of the $200 I spent). They showed me a few things they sucked out of the system like wood from when the house was built in 1979 and old toys from the 1980s. It took them about 2.5 hours to finish. They moved all the furniture that needed to be moved and put it back. There was a little residual dust around the vents that I had to mop up but it was too small to see, you could just feel it under your feet. I would definitely use them again although he said you only need to get your air ducts cleaned once every 10 years or so.

Overall, very satisfactory.

I love this Angie's List service, I have had great experiences with all the business so far and Iclean was no exception. They kept me in communication of thier where abouts and arrival prior to performing their service. They were polite, professional and very pleasent to work with. It is easy to tell when people care about their customers or just "do my job". They are serious about treating their customers with respect as well as quality. Although I didn't have them clean my carpets, I really think I wold have them come back in the future to do so.
