The only negative was they canceled at the last minute after I had took the day off from work. However they did arrive promptly the next day.

I called them in for a air duct cleaning which turned into mold removal. They were very informative and professional. I did not feel they were trying to jack the price up as I was aware of the mold before they arrived. They were prompt, professional and on time. Work completed for a fair price and quickly. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

They cleaned two rooms, and did a much better job than the previous company. I will use them again.

First statement from gentleman when I met him was Hi I am Robert, then he said something like you must be tired which shocked me. I had dermatology work done yesterday around left eye and left lip so eye and lip are swollen. When I showed him the first room the first statement "You got this carpet from Lowes . . . we see this carpet all over and the carpet does not stand up well and shows traffic patterns. It will cost you extra to clean this room. We have a better deal than the Big Deal . . . we can clean both rooms for $35 per room which includes treatment for traffic pattern and pet marks and that will save you." I have used three other carpet cleaners before and this is the first time before they started cleaning that a comment about the quality of the carpet, 2 have cleaned this same carpet. None that I used previously came from Angie's List. This was first time although I have paid for Angie's list a year have I used it for a service. I was slightly shocked but the carpets needed cleaning primarily due to traffic patterns. I was told the Big Deal was intended for those who routinely clean their carpets and there is not evident traffic pattern that in order to clean the carpet in the room we were standing the extra charges could easily be $60 for that room alone. So I agreed and asked if I could pay the difference but I was told no, that I needed to seek a refund from Angie's list for the Big Deal $59 fee paid in Sept. Before Robert left I called Angie's List to be sure I could get the refund. Also the business card I was handed " Carpet & Airduct Cleaning, Steve & Robert, 615-243-6226, bestductcleaners@yahoo.com. I had called "iCleanCarpet" to set the apt at 615)600-1116 in Sept. Yesterday when I called to confirm the appointment since it was 6 weeks previously, the man who answered stated he would be out of town but his partner would be at my house at 7:30 AM. He never stated the name would be different. Robert should have handed me a card that stated "iCleanCarpet" . . . After Shana from Angie's List called Steve, he left me VM stating that Robert was his partner . . . not a sub contractor which is what I felt since name was different and Robert did not clarify he worked with Steve. Robert at the end stated that he also cleaned ducts and would be glad to clean them today if I had time. I said not but asked for est. Robert then looked at my return and stated oh no, you should not use these filters (least expensive) . . . which is what 3 different HVAC technicians from 3 different companies had advised me. l was told that I should go out TODAY to Lowes and get the paper pleated filters 3 for about $8.00, 2 weeks after changing I should vacuum the filter and ever 2 weeks and the filter would last about 2 months. He said that the HVAC companies say don't use 3M brand as it decreases the efficiency of the unit but the filters I have been using can damage my compressor . . . again I had used the newer brand several years ago and was told to use the cheap units. Robert said I am using the cheap one that builders use when they first build a house and they need to be changed every 2 weeks. He then gave me est $125 per return but then said $200 and that then on Angie's list there is a deal for ductcleaning (additional to cleaning the returns) that include 10 registers and it would be additional $10 per register above 10. I then asked how long it would take to dry and I was told 8-9 hours.. . . I guess I should have asked what type of cleaning I was getting initially. He also treated with some chemical and the told me to keep my small dog away (I presume until it is dry or while he sprays, not sure exactly what he meant). Would I use this company again --- NO. Steve when he left VM also stated that the Big Deal $59 for 2 rooms was not to be continued but Angie's List had made an error. That even the $35 per room cleaning or the $59 that his company does not make much money. So don't be a vendor on Angie's list is my thought and that is not my problem if they make enough money . . . very strange comment and not professional. So I feel they make more money on the $35 per room . . . which is why I felt the pressure to change. Also I paid him a check to Robert Hondras . . which I had to rewrite the check since I had made the check out to "Best duct cleaners" as stated on the business card I was handed. My first experience to use Angie's List service/vendor was disappointing but I was impressed with Customer Service and response when I called to confirm I could get a refund.

It was very good. I would recommend them. The service met my full expectations.

We had purchased a big deal fro the service, and it turned out just fine. They did a good job of add ons and I paid extra. They are very service oriented, and very pleasurable too work with.

They did a great job. Their price was right, and I was so impressed with the work.

Satisfied with the cleaning, but was disappointed that I had to pay $125 extra to include the return vents. I assumed that "access panels" meant all duct openings were included in the deal price of $89.95. I'm not sure if the technicians that did the job were subcontracted or employees of I-Clean. They were very nice.

I can't see or measure any improvement.

See above I am very unhappy with the way this service was provided, the actions of the tech and the recommendation from Angie's list. Do not intend to use this company again nor take any recommendation from Angie's List.o

These guys were on time and did not waste any time determining the work to be done and setting up their equipment. They went about their work in a professional manner and did not waste their time or ours. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

They were very good. Both men came on time and were very professional. The only thing that would have been helpful is if they had contacted me before the date of service so I could know what to do to prepare (i.e. what I needed to move, what they were going to move, etc.) The carpets were really stained and they charged extra for that, but I knew that would be the case. They got out most of the stains, which is great because there were a lot of them and many were severe. They were honest and upfront about what the pricing would be. The original deal we bought was for two rooms, but we decided to go with an extra hallway, an extra bedroom, and two extra flights of stairs. That was $250, which included the heavy de-staining. This amount was in addition to the original $59 I paid for the two rooms of cleaning. I don't honestly know if I got a good deal or not, considering this was the first time I got my carpets cleaned. I do think they did a good job, and I think they worked hard and were fair.

I called the morning he as to come, just to verify that he would be here. He said I wasn't on his schedule and he didn't even have my phone number. I reminded him that he had called me once or twice about setting up a time. He repeated that I wasn't on his schedule and that he was having a bad week. I said that I had moved everything except the heaviest things out of the room into the hall and other rooms and was counting on him to come. I pointed out that I had been on his schedule and that I couldn't do anything about being dropped. (Everything he had said to that point sounded like he was leading up to saying he wasn't going to come.) Then he became rude and defensive, saying he had just been explaining why he was running late but that since I was being difficult he didn't even want to do the work and that I could just forget it. I said I was sorry he'd had a bad week and that I had misunderstood what he was saying but that I needed for him to come on so I could put my house back in order. I then reminded him that I had already paid for the work. This surprised him, but I said that I had bought the coupon through Angie's List. His attitude changed immediately and he became very conciliatory. He and another man came that day and did the work. He looked at the room and the stairs and said that he could do a great job. The room they cleaned looked fine, but it wasn't very dirty to begin with. The real reason I wanted a carpet cleaner was because of the stairs. (I had emailed him before I bought the coupon to see if he would clean the stairs and one room instead of three rooms, and he agreed.) When they finished, he said, "Well, the stairs do look better." I remember this in particular because I thought he said the stairs looked like butter, and he laughed at that. In fact they did look a little better, but not nearly as clean as I had expected. I didn't say anything about that because I didn't want to have another unpleasant conversation with him, and we parted on good terms. By the next day, however, when the stairs had completely dried, they looked about the same as they had to begin with. I have delayed writing this review because I don't want to cause him any problems, but I decided I should in order to be fair to other members of Angie's List.

This is a scumbag low life operation and I would rather lose my money than have to deal with him. Angie's list is a rip off for referring such a person/entity to me. I will try to get my money back from Angie's list for the subscription. UPDATE: After I posted a negative review, the provider called me and threatened me. HE said he was going to kick my a**. I suggest NOBODY use this business. He threatened me in no uncertain terms and I am very concerned about that.

They were excellent. They were very professional and did a great job. They came on time and finished the job quickly.

The owner, Steve Williams, came twice, first in Feb. to do the bedroom carpets and area rugs. He is very nice and did a good job and the price was good, so I asked him to return to do some more stuff. He came back in March to do the rest. The second visit price seemed a bit high and I wasn't quite as happy with some of the work. He cleaned some irreplaceable cushions that go with my wicker furniture and after the first one I noticed the fabric was puckering up. I asked him about it before letting him do the others and he said it would be back to normal after it dried. Well, it never did and still looks bad. Also, the first time they came, his assistant dropped a heavy metal part of their equipment which made a small dent in my hardwood floor. I pointed it out to Steve when they came back but he just shrugged it off. They work hard and seem to be always in a big hurry as they apparently stay very busy.

They were courteous, showed up on time, and were very quick. I had moved furniture out of the way myself, but there were a couple of things I couldn't move alone, and they happily helped me move them. Cleaning the two rooms of carpet took less than an hour, and the carpets look terrific. I was very pleased and highly recommend iCleanCarpet. And if I use them again (which I will), as a repeat customer I get a discount on any services. I plan to have other rooms of carpet cleaned by them.

Steve and Robert came out early and finished very quickly. I was very pleased with their work. I would recommend them to anyone.

The company called me several days after my purchase of the Big Deal to schedule the appointment, and it was scheduled for was 2-3 weeks after I purchased the deal. Not exactly the timeline I was hoping for, but okay. The morning of the appointment, I got a bad feeling because I hadn't receive any kind of call confirming the appointment. Sure enough, they were no-shows so I called their office. They insisted I was not on their calendar and they had no record of my appointment. After more digging, they informed me that I was wrong, the appointment had been set for the FOLLOWING MONTH. A 6-7 week wait to get carpets cleaned? I was very skeptical that I had made the mistake on the scheduling. I would not have even made the appointment if I knew if was going to take 6 weeks for them to come. The man on the phone was borderline rude, saying that's the "normal" wait time for their carpet service. I said thanks, but no thanks, requested a refund from Angie's List and submitted my review so that others would know about the long wait time for service. I got another carpet cleaning company to come out the same day of IClean's missed appointment and they did a fine job on the carpets for just a few more bucks. After the negative review, I received a very sarcastic response from the owner who did not appreciate my ratings. For some reason the explanation of what happened had not been posted with the ratings at the time, which is why they were added much later, when I now get to view how many others this company has duped. BEWARE of this company.

Two gentlemen came to clean the carpets. They did an excellent and thorough job as always. They pay great attention to detail, and the carpets always look great afterwards. They are always very courteous and professional. We will definitely use I Clean Carpet again in the future.

They did an excellent job. The guy's name was Steve. I was very pleased with that. They were prompt, they did their work, they did it good and they left. They didn't move the furniture much, they kind of lift things around but they did a good job. It was a lot better after they vacuumed and cleaned it. Once we got the confusion straightened out whether it was a Groupon coupon or an Angie's List coupon, they went right to work and got things done.

What a great experience! After purchasing the 3 room/hall deal online, I called Steve to make an appt. I told him we were getting the house on the market soon and he fit me into the schedule quickly. He set a window of 10am-2pm and called at 9:15am and said he could be there a little early. He arrived, previewed the carpet and then got going on cleaning it. No surprises, no upcharges - straightforward and honest! The carpets look fantastic and it was a pleasure doing business with him. I would recommend Steve to anyone looking to have their carpet cleaned in the Nashville area. We've used other carpet cleaners in the past but wouldn't trust anyone but iClean Carpet Inc. from here on out.

After purchasing a coupon for carpet cleaning by this company, we agreed that the job would be done in a few months. We had some difficulty finding a date, but eventually we were able to arrange for the job to be done. The technician who came to clean the carpet was prompt, helpful and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and what cleaning substances he would use. One of the carpets was soiled because of the traffic of workmen in that room on a couple rainy days so I had some questions which he answered to my satisfaction. I was quite pleased with the job done and would certainly use this provider again.

The provider arrived on time, both men were very friendly and went straight to work on the carpets. I was really surprised with how fast the whole cleaning process was. The carpets were visibly clean and only slightly damp. They dried very quickly and the best part was, after I vacuumed the carpet, it was really soft and fluffy again. I will definitely use this company on a regular basis to keep my carpets clean especially now with a baby in the house.

The carpets are extremely clean and they were spotted a dirty before. However they did not move furniture (I did the moving) and they didn't put protective materials under furniture legs. And I had to put everything back. He said to wait 7 hours before moving everything back (this was at 5 PM). At 9am the next morning, (16 hours later) when I moved dining room chairs and a tea cart back, the cart and two chairs left marks on the rug. I tried to get them up and couldn't. I called IClean and was berated for moving my furniture back too soon. He came back and redid a quarter of the dining room, reoving the marks, complaining the whole time that it sure was my fault. He was rude and said you're going to give me a D anyway. Extremely confronting and unprofessional. The second man with him was kind and tried to soften his boss' unpleasant behavior.
