+ -1 morePhil could not have been more professional. He provided excellent communication and was more detailed with his inspection than I could have ever imagined. He inspected areas I would have never thought of. He sent an in depth report and explained everything to me via phone calls. My agent spoke to him and even decided they would start using his company in the future because he was such a professional. I would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to hire Phil again.
