+ -1 moreI have had Gary inspect the last 3 houses I have purchased, from 2007 to now and his reports were always excellent. His customer service skills are on point and he has a common sense approach to advising you now what needs to be addressed. I have never had a surprise in my homes, thanks to his inspections. I would hire him again without question.

+ -1 moreGary worked my inspection in between his other jobs. He was very through. He showed me pictures of my crawl space and the items to be fixed. He told me a complete report would be ready online shortly and it was! Very satisfied with his service. I will use his services again.
Description of Work: I have listed my home for sale and wanted to have a crawl space inspection prior to any offers that might deter the house from selling. Gary came up with 3 items that should be fixed immediately so they would not be a roadblock for a buyer.
