Provider arrived promptly and was very professional. He explained the work he was doing and the products he was using. He assured us they were pet safe after drying ( we have two cats). He treated the inside and outside of home, removing all wasp nests. The treatment was very effective and killed wasps for several weeks afterword. He also set inset traps in the garage to help prevent pests from entering. I was very pleased with the service and would certainly hire him again.

Women who did the service was great. (sorry I forgot her name) Gave great service and helped me figure out various problems that I had wondered about. Responded to all my concerns.

The first visit went well. The tech was friendly, efficient, and helpful. There was an issue with the follow-up visit, but a representative contacted me and made sure everything was perfect. Their most recent visit today was for outdoor service only and it couldn't have gone better. In fact, they handled everything while I was at work and I didn't have to lift a finger.

The provider first sprayed the baseboards around the inside of our house then sprayed around the outside of our house including second story eaves that are quite high due to our house sitting on a hill. I appreciated that he wore shoe protectors inside our house in order to not track dirt around the house. We also had our screened in porch dusted to take care of wasps that tend to enter the porch area. Spraying on the inside of the house helped to control spiders and centipedes, but our wasp situation still persists.

This is the 2nd time I have used their services. They worked me into their schedule earlier than they would usually work to accommodate my schedule. They arrived five minutes before scheduled. THey offered further services while they were there, but did not pressure. Very easy to setup in the first place and great service.

It was a special on Angie's List. I was not home at the time but we have not seen the variety of insects outside the house we had previously seen.

Homeshield is very thorough inside and outside the home. I initially hired them based on an angieslist coupon and then became a quarterly customer. Next season I will also invite them out to help me with carpenter bees drilling into wood. I never thought to call for that!

HomeShield injected a pest control dust into the existing carpenter bee holes and also performed and outside perimeter pest control treatment. I was given a thorough explanation of everything and they answered all of my questions. They were timely and great about working around our schedule.

The pricing is fine. They were professional and on time.

It took 3 visits, but the problem was finally resolved. I haven't had any major problems since then. He put some gel bait down for the ants to take back to the nest and that seemed to stop the problem.

One spray done so far. Was great while it lasted. Time for spray number 2!

It went alright. At first they didn't spray inside but when we called they came back and treated the inside and outside for preventative treatment

I didn't hear from them for a long time and I finally called them this weekend and they just came out yesterday. We’re a little behind, but hopefully they will continue to deliver the services and everything will be okay. Their price was good, although, I haven't done any comparison on that so I'd say I'm saticfied with their price. They were not very responsive after I purchased the deal back in May. They did finally respond after I called the second time and they responded very quickly then. I may try to use them again in the future.

My tenants were there when they performed the services. This was for spiders. My tenants wanted more to be done and we had to contact someone else to perform the services after HomeShield Pest Control came out. I spoke with the company only for scheduling.

It went well - the service provider was very flexible on timing of the appointment, showed up when he said he would, walked my mom (who was home instead of me) through the process of what he was doing, and we've already had a noticeable reduction in spiders since.

Robert was the tech and he arrive right on time, and answered all my questions. I have rescued cads in a separate building and he sprayed around there too. There was no pressure to sign a contract for future service. The service couldn't have gone better.

Make sure you aren't behind a payment as they will not come out until your balance for a previous visit is cleared, which is completely reasonable.
