Description of Work: Came onsite to provide a cost estimate for pest control services. Representative was courteous and knowledgeable about the services I was requested. Sign-up was quick and efficient using the Internet. I received the contract within an hour of completing the service call. I received Email notification of the service call; the technician was on-time and did a thorough initial spraying and ridding the property of nests. He advised us of two prevalent pests on the property, both of which will be eliminated with the pesticide being used.

Description of Work: They completed an interior ad exterior pest control application well in advance of the suggested time I had suggested for the service. I contacted the company and they were eager to set the appointment 2 days after we made contact. The service agent did not take short cuts and made me aware of everything he did. Description of Work: They arrived on time and both associates introduced them before beginning. The main associate described every part of their treatment and answered all of my questions thoroughly. After the treatment was over, the associates explained what I should do next in order to keep the treatment effective from that day on. I was very pleased with their work and their attitudes.
