Description of Work: We are on a bi-monthly service plan. The first visit the lay down a powder on the lawns, attic, and crawl space. They also spray and put down glue traps. Every 2 months they spray and change out glue traps. It works well as we see only 1 or 2 bugs between visits. Our technician is really great too.

Description of Work: They did a good job! The exterminator was knowledgeable and courtesy. I was pleased with the service and price! I would use them again!

Description of Work: Robert and another worker (sorry I forgot his name) showed up promptly at 1PM. They did the pest treatment inside and out. They were professional and friendly.

Description of Work: They sprayed for bugs and ants. The serviceman was polite and professional but the service was pretty ineffective. They said they couldn't guarantee against ants unless we purchased multiple applications. We saw little improvement with other bugs as well so we determined the service was basically a way to get face to face with potential customers to upsell services. If multiple applications are necessary to see results they would have been better to offer several applications at a discounted price.

Description of Work: Treated inside and outside the house for pest. Looked to do a very thorough job. I liked the fact that they pulled down cob webs on the outside of the house. Tech was on time and professional. The only concern was when I purchased the service through Angie's List it took several days before I was contacted for service date. Once that got schedule they were very good.

Description of Work: Homeshield Pest Control did an interior and exterior pest control service for our home. I have used them twice. Both times they were punctual and explained what they were going to do. They also talked to me about the solutions they use. I have pets and have always been reluctant to expose them to pesticides. After speaking with the serviceman, I felt comfortable going ahead with the service. I will definitely use them again and I'm so happy I found them.

Description of Work: he basically was a baseboard jockey, I had a very bad ant problem and addressed it with the tech who told me that they would go away after a few weeks,leaving me the feeling that he had no treatment for the problem. He went and sprayed the baseboards and that was it.

Description of Work: Cleaned spider webs and wasp nests on deck and front porch. Sprayed inside and outside and explained what he was doing.

Description of Work: they sprayed something (water?)at the outside eaves & a "repellant" around the baseboards inside. the crawl space was supposed to be "dusted" but they had changed trucks the previous day & the duster was left off the truck. I got the feeling the main purpose of their visit was to upsell us on contiuing service. that is not going to happen.

Description of Work: Service man was excellent- knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He took a personal interest in accomplishing the job. Service was quick and effective. A+ all the way around!
