Homeshield was great from the moment I inquired about service. We are new homeowners and were interested in scheduling routine pest control; however I had several reservations regarding the pesticides used on the interior and exterior of our home. Diana and owner, Chris Eby, were very reassuring and spoke at length with me to answer all my questions and concerns. They use the best and most organic products in the market, which made me feel more assured. Our service technician, Donna, is very kind, informative, and helpful during all our service treatments and always calls and comes at the scheduled times. We are very happy we chose Homeshield and recommend them to all our friends!

We were amazed at the difference! Within hours, we could go outside and spent so much more time there after the first treatment. It was also very easy to link up with the installer to chat about it, and they came automatically a month later, right around the time I noticed a few bug bites. We are super pleased and will likely use them again.

We haven't had a problem with mosquitos this summer. Very happy! We have signed up for regular treatments going forward.

They did a decent job. I would say they need just to be a little better at communicating and being on time. I feel like they do a good job, though. We haven't seen bugs and the pricing seem to be very fair. They office staff is very friendly. We signed up for a membership with them.

They are thorough and fast...and they kill all the bugs, but don't hurt the bees :-)

Great company. Very communicative. Came when they said they would and was very cognizant of my children and pets and the impact of pest control substances in the home.

They were here about a week ago. We signed up for an annual plan. They come out 4 times a year. We would use them again.

Hired them when I purchased my home that had spiders, I still have spiders. Had to go to the doctor once for a spider bite that occurred in the house. Called them each time, each time they come a different person shows up, each time they show up they are not consistent in the service provided. Sometimes they spray others they dust. Not one tech has ever climbed under my house in the crawl space they just stood at the door with a shaker and put some dust under there. With all the spider problems they never removed the outlet covers and dusted in the walls. I don't feel I got the level of protection for the amount of money I paid over the last year. I considered it a total waste of my money and time dealing with them.

Everything is great about this company but the cost. The guy did a great job, was very professional, came on time, finished within 15 minutes, and was out the door. I had no complaints about any bugs coming out after that. The problem was in the subsequent visits are needed and the cost is probably about twice as high as the competition. Sure they do a great job, but that's hard to swallow. I would certainly use them again if the competition doesn't work well though. We'll see.

I purchased a special for 3 mosquito treatments for the Summer of 2014. The treatment seemed thorough and the technician was polite and professional, but it took so long to get the visit scheduled that the 2nd of 3 wasn't until the end of summer and we ended up rolling the visits into a standard residential treatment. Summer of 2015, I figured I would take a chance on them again and in late May bought a similar package for the summer. Again, it took so long between visits to get scheduled for the 2nd treatment (which didn't end up happening until the end of July) that we again ended up doing standard residential services instead. HomeShield did add an additional visit, to their credit. But then it was mid-October until the 3rd visit and ended up being January 21st to get the final visit. The final straw came after that visit, with its attendant "let us know if you have any problems and we'll come back out" promise. On March 19 we awoke to a swarming of ants coming into our kitchen from somewhere, and couldn't find a definite source. We addressed the ones we could find and I called and left a message with the office (since there are no weekend office hours) requesting a follow-up visit as soon as possible. That was 12 days ago... and nothing. No call back, no message through AL, no nothing. I'm done. The technicians we met were thorough and I had no complaints about the visits when they actually happened, but there's no reason for me to have to beg for any regular scheduling, and there's NO EXCUSE for me to get a complete brush-off after a huge and unsettling ant situation.

Very nice young man. Did a fine job spraying inside and out. Explained what they put in the spray and how it will not be unhealthy for family members. Make sure they wear their shoe covers,

Called mid-morning yesterday to try to setup an appointment - straight to voicemail. Left a message clearly stating name, contact number, and requesting a call back as soon as possible in order to schedule an appointment. 24 hours later and still no call back. A call to schedule an initial appointment should take 5-10 minutes max, so the fact that we still haven't received follow up on that is pretty hard to understand - it really shouldn't take so long for initial follow up.

I originally purchased this company's services through an Angie's list deal and have been extremely satisfied with the service. I am not one to typically use pest control for the house but unfortunately incurred many insect issues last spring (ranging from brown recluse, ants, house spiders, mosquitoes, etc). This company is set up to spray every 3 mos. indoor and outdoor for the 99.00 fee. However, they will come more often as needed to remove spider webs from the house, respray as needed, set out more glue boards, etc. I simply cannot say enough about their services! Their brown recluse treatment is the cheapest that I have found and to date have not seen any new spiders since the summer treatment. I have also tried their mosquito treatment and was impressed with the reduction especially since I am living near the lake. Their employees always take the time to answer questions, give suggestions, etc. Extremely professional and reliable company!

It went fine. I didn't pay him any extra. They did what was included in the offer. They didn't do anything more that was included in the offer. I didn't have any bugs. It was a preventive step. Their responsiveness was fine. I've used them twice because I bought the deal two years in a row. Assuming it remains competitively priced, I would use them in the future.
