Description of Work: The company sent a salesman rather than a tech, and he spent more time talking than working. He sprayed around parts of the inside, only got in one closet because I asked him to. I assume he sprayed outside, I didn't go out because the smell bothered me. He said if I signed a contract, they would send a tech out in 30 days to spray again. I don't intend to sign anything with this company.

Description of Work: I got an email from Angie's List that the deal had gone through and the money taken from my credit card on July 20. Then on Monday I got an email from HomeShield that I had two days to respond to keep moving forward. I was unable to respond until Tuesday because of my work schedule. When I called, I was told that the lady who took care of the big deals would be in in a half hour and would call me. I left my name and cell phone number. I'm still waiting for the call. I guess they don't really mean you only have two days. I'm tired of waiting and want out of this "deal."

Description of Work: Supplier asked me to contact office for an appointment, which I did. Angie's List coordinator was out to lunch. They took name and number and said she would contact me. Never did. Prompted manager on Angie's message site that I still had not heard from their office after about 4 or 5 days. No reply from message site 4 days later. Do you really think I would trust them into my home at this point?

Description of Work: We received a complete interior and exterior pest treatment for the home we just put on the market. The service was thorough and literally covered our entire 4000+ sq ft house. We were also informed that the sprays dry quickly and were safe for children, adults, and pets.
