Description of Work: We were overrun with mosquitoes. We could not go outside and enjoy the yard. Home Shield has sprayed twice and it is 100% better. One more treatment in another 4 weeks. Worth the money and I wish I had done it sooner.

Description of Work: Company came to do a one-time extermination treatment via a coupon on Angie's list (although offered good deal on a one-year contract as well). Treated inside the house and outside. Explained services. Very courteous. Did not pursue a long-term contract but may do so in the future and would definitely consider this company. Was very pleased with the service, with the explanation of how this company differs from others, and with the professionalism, courtesy, and kindness of the service person who came to the house.

+ -1 moreMy initial phone call was returned promptly, and same day service arranged. The service person called a few minutes before he arrived (he was actually early for the appointment). He was pleasant, helpful, answered all my questions. My only complaint is that he kept trying to sell me a long-term contract: can't blame him, as I am sure that the reason for offering a low-price initial visit is to try to attract on-going customers, with fixed contracts.
Description of Work: Pest control substances applied inside and outside house, including basement. Also put something in the attic for mice, as well as traps in the basement.

+ -1 moreI can't say that we've really seen a decrease in bugs since, but it's the time of year when they start coming back in and we haven't seen a significant increase, so it could be working. In the least, we have not seen an increase in bugs and that was well worth the discounted price!
Description of Work: We purchased the $59 for Whole Home Interior AND Exterior Pest Control Treatment!' deal from Angie's List. The rep that came out was great and very friendly. She went around the exterior and interior of the house as well as the garage.

Description of Work: We purchased an Angie's List deal for this treatment. They were available right away, the girl who came was very nice, she explained everything and was very thorough. We would definitely use them again for pest control/spraying.

I know it’s not possible to deliver 100 percent bug free environment under any circumstance but if I see something they do come out an extra time in between the regular time. They are pretty good. I don’t have a problem with them. I recommend them.

+ -1 more. I like the fact that they give us the military discount. They have a guarantee that whenever we have any problem with bugs or any of that they would come out for free and take care of it. I have not had any problems with them though. I was not at home once so I have only seen one worker who came in the house once. He was pretty professional. I will continue to sue this provider in the future.
