It went well. They did exactly what they said they would do on the Big Deal. We were satisfied with what they did. We thought we got what we paid for and it was good.

It was great. If I have any problems I will call them. I would recommend them to others. I like that they are a locally owned company. The technician was very nice, and did his job. He was there about an hour.

I purchased the big deal from Angie's List and it actually went well. They showed up on the scheduled time and they sprayed the insect killer inside as well as outside the house. I can't think of anything bad. They just did a good job and then left. Price was reasonable.

Very pleasant workman, very informative of what he was going to do, came back to report when he was finished - took care of problem for a few weeks and need it done again.

We purchased a big deal, and the work turned out pretty good. They were friendly and professional. I thought the big deal price was a very good deal.

Seems to have been 95 % effective so far. Not sure how long the product will last ,but as of now We are satisfied ....

After I posted a fair review to Home Shield, the owner of company contacted me directly and disscussed the issues in my last review. He sent technician in the next day and did an extra spray in order to eliminate the bugs in my backyard. At the same time, the technician discovered an area which could have been damaged by termites or other pest. The owner of Home Shield came in my crawl space and investigated the area. It turns out most likely due to previous possible termite damage, but it's currently no activity at all because the previous owner may have done termite treatment. Few weekes later, they sent another technician and did routine exterior spray. However, I found out that my mother and daughter got bites due to possible interior pest issue. I called in and they scheduled another interior spray withouth additional charge. The technician, Patrick, did thorough inspection and answered my questions. Based on my previous and recent experience, Home Shield is a great company to deal with comfortably. I high recommend to other members.

HomeShield Pest Control are great. It's all good. They took care of everything. I had some problems with some Box Elder bugs that were around the house.

No problems. Made initial contact and informed them that I had coupon, but would not need service until May.. They agreed. I scheduled the appointment. They came, did the job, gave me the result of their observation re possible infestation, etc. We appreciated their work and are considering using the company for regular service.

The service went really well. I had purchased a big deal and they made an appointment right away and they came within a week. He was very professional, thorough and courteous. He did exactly what he was supposed to on the big deal. He paid attention to everything I was concerned about, the fleas, the ticks, and ants, he went over all of it with me. He treated all of it and it was effective because we haven't had spiders or ants on it. He didn't try and sell us a bunch of stuff and services. The guy who came out, was very good and effective.

Two young men sprayed. One worked inside while the other started outside. A perfunctory effort was made at swiping down webs. Extra attention was given where requested.

My one year contract with HomeShield Pest Control ended up being good for me, because I was experiencing pest control problems. I'd have a problem and they were very responsive fixing it.

Arrived on time, sprayed both the outside and inside perimeter of our house. Very courteous and explained what he was doing. Would definitely use this service again.

It was great. They did a wonderful job. There weren't' any additional charges. They did a very thorough job. It was the first time I've used them. They were very courteous and very professional and basically did the job in probably 25 minutes.

The service turned out great. He did a pretty thorough check. The girl who came out was just wonderful, she explained everything that she did, she was thorough and they will come back one more time to spray and then we will keep using them. She said that it would be fine for pets to be around the sprayed area after 15 minutes and I have 3 dogs and so that was important for me.

I was alright. I do still have spiders and ants. I've got so many spiders and ants and I've had them for so long that I don't think one treatment would have done it anyhow. They informed me that if I wanted more treatments it was going to be $450, that would have been for termites and I just couldn't afford that so one was kind of blanked. I did not pay anything more than the $59. On pricing I don't really have enough experience for that. I have never had anyone come out so I don't know what they normally charge. I would use them again in the future if I ever had the need and the money.

Prompt, professional and thorough. Great price. Opted for a full years contact ( rate later).

They came out two weeks ago. I signed a service agreement with them for 1-year. I signed a contract with them, because I was impressed with their service. I will continue to use them.

They were efficient and knowledgeable. I would say that the spraying has been effective.
