Treatment worked amazingly well. Not a mosquito, wasp, or fly in sight for 2-3 weeks. They all came back in less than a month, but those 2-3 weeks were very enjoyable to be outdoors.

Still on-going-decided to get an annual contract. Though I have had some spirders, glad to report no wasps and/or chiggers this summer and not nearly as many mosquitos. This was great!

We just purchased a place in the country and the home had been sitting empty for about three years. We had a pretty big spider problem. HomeSheild came out and sprayed the yard, all around the house, inside the house, cleaned the garage web infestation, etc. Very happy with the initial visit. We decided to continue the treatment at $99 per quarter since the place has been vacant for so long. We were not pressured into anything; no pressure to upsell or any gimmicks. I've had a few questions and HomeShield has been very responsive to my emails. It's hard to know whether the treatments are keeping more bugs away but it sure can't hurt. I would recommend HomeSheild for pest control for sure.

They were good, they arrived a little late, but they did the service they said they would.

The day after the first spraying, I got bitten many times. We asked for the company to come back. They returned to spray ( for no charge) and stayed less time than the first time. More bites after the second spraying.

While the serviceman was polite and effecient, I did not feel that the product used made much of an impact in my yard.

The technician (Pete) arrived on time and was extremely courteous and informative in explaining the process and reasoning behind it. I had gotten the $77 Angie's List deal after seeing a lot of spider webs around the property. He seemed quite thorough and businesslike. I recommend this company and Pete the technician.

I have been a customer of HomeShield Pest Control for three months. Their initial visit was to get rid of wasp, bumble bees, and their nests. They sprayed inside and out, knocked down nests, installed bug traps in the garage, and we haven't been bothered by any pests since. We are so relieved. Each time a technician comes by, they are always prompt, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and takes time to address questions and/ or concerns. They speak highly of their employer and that is very comforting and assuring. I love that they have cool games for my kids to play on their website that are fun and educational. I look forward to being a customer of HomeShield for many years and I highly recommend them.

We have been using Homeshield for 3 years and the professionalism and thoroughness that Morgan provides is outstanding. She is very knowledgeable about her services and aims to provide 110% for her company.

We scheduled a date for the mosquito treatment about a week in advance, and the tech showed up right on time. We have quite a bit of hedges/shrubs along the edge of the property, and he was great about making sure everything got the treatment. We definitely saw a reduction in the number of mosquitos for about a month, but after that the mosquitos pretty much all came back. Unfortunately it has been a very wet summer, and I think this contributed to the mosquito recurrence.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List. The guy was here for a total of 12 minutes. I have got 2100 square feet and he sprayed around the edges and then he left. It was probably of fine quality, but I think the whole thing was a ripoff. Did he do anything really worth $150 value, no I do not think so. They came out the same day.

The technician was quick to respond to our order. He was patient to wait until our schedule permitted the service. He explained what he was using and how he would apply the chemical. He did not push us to sign a contract or reschedule. So far the spray seems to be working. We will evaluate in a few months and, if we decide to go the chemical route again, we will call HomeShield.

The service was good. They did a thorough job and they were very quick.

Home Shield came out prompt and treated the yard for mosquitos. Not sure what chemical they used by we saw no difference in the mosquito population in the backyard. We could not go out on our deck because the mosquitos would eat you alive. We prepaid for the service under an Angie's speacial and received a bill for the service the next month. I called and spoke to a young lady who stated that she would leave a message for someone to call me back, but no one did. I called back and they had a note on the account that it was prepaid and that noting was due.

They were extremely professional and courteous. They cleaned the spiderwebs and sprayed thoroughly. We ended signing up for a service contract

Very Knowledgeable - we are going to sign up for the full year's protection plan. Recommend.

We bought a house in 2012. It had been vacant for three weeks and in that short time we had pretty many bugs of all types. It wasn't awful, but too many. I called HomeShield and signed a contract for their yearly service. It included an initial service charge $250 (that was mostly covered by a one year discount), the regular service charge of $79 and then there was some other discount which brought my total to the $494. The service includes all types of bugs and mice. They will come out at any time if you are having a problem. My technician, Morgan, is great. I have gardens and didn't really want much of the outside sprayed. I felt like it would be at cross purposes since I'm trying to attract birds and butterflies, ect. Plus, I have tomatoes and herbs in the gardens near the foundations. I just have the entrances sprayed. I don't elect to have the granules dispersed around the house or the foundation sprayed. Maybe I should, but I don't. You can also have sicky traps placed around in the garage, but we have lizards and small animals around here that I couldn't stand to see in a sticky trap. It would be hard for me to see bugs in there actually. But that is part of the service that is provided. So I'm probably a hard customer since I say, "Don't spray this and don't spray that." I also have a barky dog. Morgan goes along with all of that. I only see an occasional spider. I would say mostly in the fall when they try to come in to get warm. We used to have centipedes and things, but I haven't seen those in a long time. The technician has always come on time. There is a one hour window. She calls before she comes and asks if we have had any special problems, which is very nice. She also called when she was running a little late once. I really appreciated that. I am happy with their service and will continue to use them.

The service turned out great. They're very knowledgeable. I think I'm actually gonna switch to them as my regular exterminator because they seem to have more a thorough program than other people.

My main concern at that time was for mosquitoes and I wanted it sprayed for that. When he came out he said it wasn’t for mosquitoes, it for spiders and stuff. So he ran around and did that. He was going to come back but he never did to do the mosquitoes. I was a bit disappointed. He came out right away.

Once I made my appointment, someone from the company--as they always do--called me the day before the scheduled appointment to remind me they were coming and to see if I had any special concerns or requests. They came the next day and performed the services I asked for. This company is courteous with excellent customer service, and in the seven years I've been using them, they have never failed to satisfy my needs.

Everything was fine, and we got a very good price. Results were great for a week, but we have had a tremendous amount of rain this summer in middle Tennessee. After the first week, the skeeters were back with a vengeance, and this is supposed to last a month. I attribute that to the heavy rain day after day, not the quality of their work. The only other negative from a business standpoint is that no one ever followed up with me. If they had called in a week I would have rebooked. If they had called in two weeks, I could have told them the skeeters were back and they could have offered to redo it and gotten us on a regular contract for treatment.

This was a Big Deal purchase on Angie's List. Quick response on my request for an appointment, very thorough in application, and the gentleman who sprayed arrived early. Overall, very pleased with the service.
