Corbin came out exactly when scheduled and treated our whole home, inside and out. Our home is a foreclosure that we recently purchased, and it had been vacant for a few years, so there were lots of bugs everywhere, especially spiders and wasps. There was also some kind of bug in the grass (probably flees) that was biting a lot. My husband would have dozens of bites all over his legs from the knees down, and my daughter had multiple bites too. A few days after the treatment, the bites stopped, and the spiders and wasps were gone. We are very pleased with this service.

Great. Punctual, professional, thorough

It turned out good. They just came out to do the service last week because they never called me. I actually had to call them and set it up. It took me about 6 weeks for them to actually come out. The tech himself was a heavy salesman. He was a little strong on the sales side of it. But he did do a decent job.

They sprayed once and I saw a couple of spiders, so they came back and sprayed agaoin. They were so nice!

It went great! The products used killed all our bugs! We used another company previously and still had an issue with bugs. We are super pleased with the result from HomeShield....big difference!

WOW!! I am IMPRESSED. I do not impress easily. I contacted them one day and the tech came the next morning. She was on time. She took the time to walk through and listen as we explained the issues we need to stress. She was VERY informed on every issue, type of pest or bug. She took the time to explain how she was going to handle each problem and then did the job. She attacked ants, mice and wasps as special problems. She explained why each pest was doing what it was doing. In addition she found an active nest of yellow jackets and took care of them. She sprayed the entire inside of the house and garage. She did extra effort wher the wasps were entering. She went around the entire house and under the house to block entry points for mice. She put bait in the attic and under the house. This was an Angies List deal, and we got more than our money's worth. The service was normally $150 and that would have been fair for all she did. I am going to hire them for regular service. The company was responsive, the tech clean, smart, polite, and hard working what more can you ask. We had no problem having her in our home. She explained that they warranty their work and to call if we have a problem.

Everything went very smoothly, I was very happy and have signed a 2 year contract for my home.

He removed all cob webs on the outside of house and sprayed inside and out....was very polite and thorough.

It worked out fine. They did a good job. The technician that came out was very nice and thorough. He answered all questions. I probably will use them again. I think the their monthly pricing was a little high but the deal itself was fine.

After application still had ants entering the home... 2 weeks later called the company and they came back out and sprayed again. This still did not kill the ant problem. Ended up buying my own ant killer and took care of it myself.

I signed up for the service through Angieslist on Saturday October 5 and they responded early Monday morning. It turned out they had a technician in the area when I called them back, so they were able to come to my home today October 7. The technician Amber was very professional and thorough. She took her time and did everything that was promised along with de-webbing the outside. I signed up with their ongoing yearly service and feel that I will be happy with them as a company. It is great to have a company and its technicians take pride in the service they give you.

The service provider was very nice; responded quickly to my order and acknowledged that I mistakenly ordered 2 service calls instead of one. We scheduled the service for October 9th, and he recommended that I contact Angie's List to correct my error and credit my account for ONE of the duplicated orders.

Initial contact was slow, however the rest of the experience has been GREAT! Their service was so effective, I signed up for their yearly maintenance service. They've been awesome - and the bugs are gone!

It was excellent. The person that I called prior to purchasing the Big Deal was very informative and informed me of other packages that they had. She also told me exactly what I was getting and what the product was, because I have a young child at home. They notified me of any risk in that regard.

They were great! Easy to schedule and showed up right on time. Haven't seen one bug since!

It was very good. Everything went very well. They did more than they advertised. They did a bigger area than what was offered on the price on Angie's List. They did a great job. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They had a good customer service person.

Good results overall. Not as professional or possibly as trained as other providers I have used.

I chose HomeShield based on Angie's List reviews and the company was offering a coupon for a whole home treatment. Our house is new construction and we've been in it a little less than a year. We were having a terrible time with spiders inside, so I decided to made an appointment to have the house treated. The morning of the appointment, the company called to tell me that the technician was sick and couldn't make it. I rescheduled for the next week at 1:30pm. At 1:45, no one had shown up and I had not received a call saying someone was on their way or running late. Since my first appointment had been cancelled, I decided to call and make sure the second appointment hadn't been cancelled or forgotten. I called, and the lady I spoke with told me she would contact the tech and have him contact me. 30 minutes later the tech called and told me he was running late and that he had been overbooked for the day. He finally arrived just after 3. He knocked on the door, introduced himself, and then just stood there. I expected him to ask if we were having any particular problems or to explain to me what he was going to do since this was our first treatment, but he said nothing. So I asked him if he wanted to start inside or out. He said inside. I have a large dog, so I told the tech I would need to put the dog outside. I put the dog out, let in the tech, and he proceeded to spray the baseboards. Again, nothing was said about what he was applying, how long it would take to dry, or if it might be hazardous to the dog if she licked the baseboards. When he was done inside, he asked for directions to the garage. I showed him, he went into the garage, and he treated the outside of the house. When he was finished, he came to the door, asked me to sign the invoice, handed it to me and then left. As far as I'm concerned, my service could be summed up this way: the tech showed up late, he treated the inside and outside of the house, and then he left.

He called first and showed up when promised. This is a plus for me. He didn't push me to sign long-term contracts but gave me options for future treatments if needed. He also was pet friendly and respected my concerns about my dogs or cats welare using chemicals in the home. Best of all the ant and centipede invasion is over.

Overall, I was happy with them. We had a big problem with ants and I haven’t really seen any ants after they came.

They are punctual and always call ahead of time to let me know when they are going to be there. They are just professional about it.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. I chose them because of their ratings on Angie's List combined with the timing of the Big Deal. It was a service I needed to have done so it all worked out. They were very punctual and they call before they come. He was very thorough in his inspection and took time to explain things to me. We had some carpenter bees and he took some time to explain these bees were really bad this season in Nashville so he was very thoughtful in explaining that issue and also made sure we stayed within the Big Deal.

It went fine. They came out the following week. They sprayed around everything and did not really talk too much, about what it was. He got a lot of them on the first shot. I was having a real issue with spiders in the eaves outside and so he sprayed real well there and they have pretty much disappeared. I might use them again.

The technician arrived right on time, and explained what he was going to do. He sprayed inside and out, did an inspection, put down granules outside to create a barrier between the critters and the house, and took down spider webs from the exterior of the house. He was friendly, professional, and punctual. Great job!

Everything was fine. They came out shortly after I purchased the big deal. There were no additional charges. It was my first time using them. The guy was really nice. I would use them in the future.
