I received a call to schedule my service within 24 hours and they were out within 5 days. Steve came out and explained in detail what he would do. Very professional and informative. He sprayed around the baseboards in the house and swept down cobwebs under the outside eaves. he sprayed around the house at the bottom and the top and spread granules around the perimeter. He even went in the attic and crawlspace. We called because we have had a problem with ants this year. Steve explained that if we continues to have trouble with the ants they will come back out for free. He made us aware of the service contract that was available but no high pressure sales pitch. We will see how it goes with the ants over the next several weeks.

The company associates were very nice and professional. However, they were sometimes difficult to get in touch with. Also, I do not think their products helped the pest problem in my yard at all. I cannot tell a difference after they spray.

They did a nice job. I have continued to use them for a monthly service.

This was actually a rental property. The tenant is very particular and she really like him. He was thorough and reasonable.

It was fine. There was no extra charge for the big deal that I purchased. I haven't used them before. I really didn't have any dislike. The guy was very friendly. He just did his job and left. There were no issues since the service was provided. I would recommend them.

I promptly received a call after the Angies list review was posted. I was very satisfied with way the issue of payments was handled and will continue to use their service for the remainder of my contract. Thank you. I have updated my review accordingly.

they gave me a 2 hours window of when they would be there, gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes before they got there to give and exact arrival time within that window. very thorough job, very professional. will ask for there services again in the future!

We're new to the area and wanted to get a pest control service. Steven came exactly at the appointed time. He explained exactly what he was going to do and what to expect. He acted in a very professional manner and was very polite and friendly.

Stephen was great to work with, sprayed all around house and told me where he saw a small wasp's nest and sprayed where I told him I had seen carpenter bees. He also knocked down a small mud dauber's nest near front door. He was very professional, friendly, and informative. Because of his service, I would definitely use this company again.

It was pretty good and I still use them. I have been satisfied with them. The technicians are pretty good. The scheduling works pretty well.

We had ants in our kitchen. Once I made the phone call, RANDLE came out the very next day. He sprayed our baseboards inside all throughout the house. He then went outside and did our foundation, crawl space and the area surrounding the house. He was very professional, approachable and explained everything he was doing.

They arrived on time, treated inside and outside the house, and swept down any spider webs on the exterior of the house (spiders *love* my property. Both technicians were friendly and professional.

The results were good. Still had some wasps, but we didn't expect to alleviate them completely. Their numbers were vastly reduced. Fire ants in flowerbeds are gone and I haven't seen them since.

I saw a slight difference around the house, but it was short-lived. There was really no follow up. I don't think I'd use them again.

I signed up for monthly spraying for the next year because I figure it will take me a while to seal the house up and I like the service they provided. Highly recommend using HomeShield Pest Control. He came when he was scheduled , took the time needed to do a thorough job.

I honestly don't know what to say about this service and company. This seems to be a particularly TERRIBLE season for these nasty insects; they're everywhere. There were signficantly fewer wasps entering their favorite spots after the exterminator arrived & sprayed (2 weeks ago). But..., I've called to have them come back today because they seem to be on the increase. Since I live in a townhome community, I convinced the two other homeowners in this triplex to have their units sprayed. (Call me HomeShield's free saleswoman.) I chose not to sign an ongoing contract, but the exterminator did explain that they guarantee their service and would come back as needed in the first 30 days. She even wrote this on my receipt. However, interestingly, when I called to request a return visit for myself and on behalf of my 2 neighbors who were having the same increase in red wasp sightings, I felt as though I was being given a run-around by the woman who answered the phone. And this run-around was specifically related to the fact that I had purchased the service as an Angie's List deal. I have to be honest: While she never actually told me, "No," she didn't seem to want to provide me with another visit. Her reluctance and hesitation was clear. She mentioned several times that this was going to have "to be approved by a manager" and then told me that "they are all in a meeting right now." Because I was not sure how on earth the use of an Angie's List deal would adversely impact service, I challenged that and said, "Yes, I purchased an Angie's List deal, but the TWO neighbors I convinced to purchase and use your service did not." To that she said (again), "Right, but yours was thru Angie's List." At the end of the call, no appt had been scheduled, but I was told I'd get a call-back. That call left me with a bad taste in my mouth; I probably will not consider using them after this initial 30-day period. I have since received 2 calls from a man who set up an appt for our 3 units to be treated later today by the same young woman who did the original treatment. If my "vibe" changes; I'll update this review.

Very thorough and professional. Making an appointment was very easy. Arrived on time and did a great job. My husband was very impressed with the way they paid particular attention outside. I called them about coming back to recheck something for me that I had not mentioned when I made the appointment. We are changing out our front door and frame due to water damage. There was an exposed area we wanted to check prior to having the new door installed just to be sure we didn't have the start of any termite issues. They came back out to do that at no additional charge. I considered that to be very professional. Would highly recommend them.

we really liked the guy who came out to help us. He was very kind and punctual. However, it rained for three days after he sprayed our yard, so unfortunately, i don't think the treatment took. He offered to come back from the same discount price, but we got busy and didn't take him up on it. I would recommend his service.

I bought a coupon for a full house spray on Angies's List. The price was ~$77 for a whole house spray. I wasn't sure if they would truly provide a full service to that fee. They DID. They sprayed the entire inside of the house, covered porch, garage and storage shed. He also shot the exteriors. He treated the creepy crawl space. The tech was friendly and motivated but took his time talking to me. He was not pushy when explaining extra services the company provides and encouraged me to research the chemicals they use. He explained everything he was going to do, walked the entire property with me and addressed all of my concerns. The house had been a rental before I bought it and there was a ton of webs everywhere. He did a great job of clearing them out. He alerted me to damage I was not aware of. Additionally, I had a very bad carpenter bee infestation which was doing a lot of damage. He sprayed and dusted and explained what the future path would involve in getting rid of the. I am very happy with the service!

I think we pretty much got what we paid for. They said that this was usually a $250-$300 treatment, which I find a little difficult to believe as it took only about 45 minutes to administer. I'm glad I didn't pay anymore. Plus, only about 10 minutes were spent spraying inside the house. I also expected that they would go into the crawl space as that was mentioned in the ad, but all the technician, Ambroise, did was spray around the door and vents leading into the crawl space. On a positive note, he was extremely friendly and professional. He answered all my questions, and the application was clean and left no odors or residue of any kind. He also explained that we had a warranty for 2 months. If we see any pest activity then they will come back for free to re-treat. Of course, this remains to be seen. Overall this was a very positive experience and the price was right.
