This provider came out repeatedly to spray, and re-spray as well as place roach bait, and each time I was told it was the roach killer nirvana and should take care of the problem. To this day, months later, I still have a roach problem, and the worm/into flying bugs is just as bad. The company wanted me to sign up for contracted monthly service which I would not do until I was sure that their product would work, which it didn't. The employees were very friendly and courteous, but unfortunately I was not impressed with the product used.

The person who comes to the house has been prompt and professional. We have not seen any spiders or other bugs inside of the house (other than stink bugs every now and then). This service is working as expected.

I'm very pleased with Robert and his team! I purchased a deal for $77 whole home pest spray/prevention. Robert came himself the first visit and reviewed their service in very thorough detail. They use green chemicals and I'm not concerned about indoor poison affecting myself or my pets. He me know about a promo rate for AL customers for quarterly spraying and I happily signed up after the initial service call and was under no pressure. They are very professional, prompt and will come back onsite if problems arise between visits. There is no extra cost to have spider traps put in or my exterior storage shed sprayed indoors and out. If you want a pest control company with no hidden fees and honest, courteous service, give these guys a call!

It was fine. They were very responsive and actually came out a couple of extra times. They sprayed the house and around the typical problematic areas and gutters. They delivered as promised. It was an effective treatment.

The service went well. The technician was extremely polite and friendly. When it came time to talk about signing a contract though he was unprepared. He had no contract for me to read, instead had me sign something on his tablet. He also told me that I could cancel my contract at any time, which is not what the actual contract states. I had him write that statement on the comments section of what he was having me sign on his tablet since it did not state it anywhere else. I also had him write it on the service paper work performed that day. I was told that I would get a copy of what I had signed via email. That was fine with me but it is not what happened. Instead I had to call the office twice to finally get them to mail me a copy of what ever I had signed. When I finally did get the contract it did not contain the details that the technician and I had discussed. So I was a little weary with them at that point. I have now been with the service for a little over six months and I am happy. They do not have the best office communication but I love our service technician. If I have problems with bugs they have been pretty good at getting to us quickly.

Service was provied on time, professionally and friendly

We hired them last July and subsequently we haven't been really impressed with the service. They said they would do a monthly follow up but I had to call them to come out. They had put out glue traps for spiders, but then someone else would always come out to check them so they would miss traps or ask us where they were located. We had also set up for mosquito treatment and they missed two months and had to cancel the service for the season.

It was the end of the season so we could not tell the full exent of the effect. However, the mosquitos seem to drop off immediately after the first treatment. We will renew with them next season.

They are very nice and efficient. They followed up a couple weeks later to come check their traps for spiders and we haven't noticed any bugs since.

I have absolutely no qualms about recommending this company. They are very knowledgeable.

They charged me $69 because I am an Angie's List member. They are prompt, they are professional, they are always willing to come back if there is a problem, and I think they are very reasonably priced. They work around your schedule. The work turned out fine.

The technician did everything that was offered by the company in their advertisement. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in his visit.

Went from ok to terrible. The quality and knowledge of the technicians was very spotty. The initial technician was well versed, subsequent treatment technicians were awful. More often than not, technicians did not show up on time, only completed part of the job. The office consistently messed up their technician schedules, and only seemed to try and get engaged when contract termination was discussed. So many better, more professional operations out there in Middle TN.

They do a good job. $79 every other month is what we pay. They will come out in between visits if we have anything that needs to be addressed.
