Very good work as usual and fairly priced.

He is amazing. He is a retired technician. So, he is good with electronics and carpentry. He is good with everything. He advices me as well as tells me things that I didn?t know I had problems with. I might use him or someone else for the work, but he is very much a problem detector and a problem solver. The last time I used him, I paid $45. I discovered a place where the drywall was coming away from the wall. I was afraid that there might be water damage and there might be a leak. I wanted him to look at that. My dryer was not working properly. It just quit unexpectedly for no apparent reason. He came over while I was not around. He took care of both the work. The appliance repair company I had called earlier told me that I had to replace the dryer. He came out and cleaned the vent inside out and took the door off to check the door switch. He did both the jobs for $45 and I did not have to replace the dryer. He saved me a lot of money. He brings in the receipts and charges me his cost and any materials he has to buy. I am not sure how much he charges for an hour, but I have always felt that he charges very fairly. His work is of excellent value. The quality of his work is outstanding. I will definitely use him in the future.
