They shipped the wrong order to us so we had to ship that back and they shipped us the correct flooring.

They did a great job. They used subcontractors, we had one fellow that was fine, his crew did not show up on time but he was great.

The gentleman was very professional, knowledgeable, and took great care in explaining repairs and the products themselves. The main issue is that for an "average" window, they are more than double the price of 2 other installers ($652/window vs the $350 range) in the area who are TVA/eScore certified with transferable lifetime warranties on the glass and vinyl. They discuss "rankings" a lot and how their windows are ranked higher than others, but that still does not make me feel good about the extreme differences in price when compared to other reputable installers in the area who exceed the government requirements for the new energy standards.

Installer complained that the quality of HD carpet was poor and made installation problematic. HD interceded and forced installer to correct all installation defects.

The installer arrived on time and was very professional. He was quick and friendly. We are so impressed with the look of our new front door!

They did a good job. The contractor did a good job. The windows were outstanding and it was really a good window. I was happy with it.

and quot;Rapid installand quot;-7 day carpet is not so rapid-it is business days-not days, even tho they are open every day; and clock does not start to run when you order it but after the guy has come to measure and after they have received his measurements and called you back-And even then it took them another day to determine our choice was and quot;not in stockand quot; so 7 day install was actually installed a week later than expected. Install not great-seam too visible, and some bunching in doorway. It was a bit of an experiment on our part as we only had one room done this time.

They had a shelf on display. We wanted to remake it in the same color. 2 parts and all screws were missing. when asked the helpers did not anything about the parts and kept showing us parts for another color. When they finally got it, they said they will have to special order it. We waited for 2 days to hear back and went to the store. At the store, nobody had placed the order. Upon retrying it, they said that that piece was not made anymore. Why display something that they did not have? The store has a lot of cool stuff but the helpers are really not needed. Not one of them has been helpful for closets, tiling, showers, bath and vanities. Their Garden department is good.

It's been a very good experience. If I need anything that they carry, it's going to be cheaper than anywhere else including their competitor.

I love Home Depot. They have been very nice. They came exactly when they said they were going to come. The product was exactly as expected. There was an installation problem, and I brought it to their attention and they came back promptly and fixed it. They were quick. Their price was fair and I think it was as expected for what I purchased. The quality of the product was quite good.

They're great.. They told me they had to take down my expensive molding to put in some wood blinds, which made no sense to me. I had to have their supervisor intervene in that. He quickly let them know that that was not necessary. The supervisor fixed it for me, they were nice. I don't think the worker would've put the blinds in at all if the supervisor hadn't showed him how. They've been good to me.

They were wonderful! The installers were great, they did a nice job. I was very satisfied with this experience.They were reasonably priced.

From start to finish they behaved very professional and they completed the job as they said they would do. Helped me put the furniture in place and left their phone number in case I needed something. All in all a fantastic job.

I visited several stores that sold laminate. Home Depot had the best price and nicest looking for the money. The sales person who helped me was extremely nice. I received an email letting me know who the installers would be and a date they would be coming. The only glitch was when I tied to reschedule the installation we had a communication break down. That was fixed by the sales people at the store. I liked the fact I received emails regarding my order, time instaler would arrive and today I received an email from Romanoff letting me know who be the installer along with his picture so that I would know who was coming. Inadvertently I didn't order enough baseboard because I didn't think I would use it; however, I decided that I did want that. Home Depot placed the order and will let me know when it arrives. I enjoy dealing with Home Depot. I believe their customer service is much better than Lowes!

I chose them because of their location and they are convenient.

The sales person, Rhonda, was very helpful and explained the installation process well. The installer showed up early, moved items with care, worked steady, and finished on time. We did not even have to touch up the new wall paint. The final bill was about $1,200 less than Nashville Carpet Center and we are very satisfied with the results.

I like Home Depot because I can work with them remotely. I can buy stuff at one place and have it delivered somewhere else because they are located all over the country. They really stand by their work. Sometimes they have a lousy crew but they fix it so I am happy with it. They do not do their work themselves. They have subcontractors who do it but they are the ones that I pay. They are the ones who supervise it and they are the ones who make it right so that is what I am complimenting them about. I get a special pricing there as a contractor. I like it and that is why I work with them. The quality of work is good when they ultimately finish. I call up and give them over a month to think about it and get back. It probably is more difficult for them because they have to coordinate with a tenant so they have to work a little harder to chase them down. Their professionalism is what has made me deal with them for so many years. I would use Home Depot again.

The person assigned to carpets was actually knowledgeable about the products and helped us pick some carpets for installation in our home. We carpeted two bedrooms with the same carpet, and choose a different carpet style for the master bedroom. We were actually able to take many different samples home from the store that day. Before we left, we set up an appointment for the Depot's installation company to come out and measure the three bedrooms. The person was prompt, friendly, and actually came out on a Saturday! What was really impressive was that this professional had a computer tabled that he drew the layout of our rooms on and put in the measurements. About a week later the installers called for an appointment and we out to install the carpet. The crew of three were also personable, and the supervisor was very careful to insure that we liked and carpet and the installation. All three rooms were competed in four hours, and the job looks beautiful.

Home Depot did a nice job. They were friendly to work with and I would recommend them. The estimate and final bill were very close.

The crew from Home Depot was professional when doing the job. They got the work done in a short amount of time, and they still did good quality work. I appreciate that they took time to clean up and didn't leave a mess for us to clean.

My husband went and picked out the door. Home Depot contracted out and had someone remove the old door and put up the new door and old security door back up. They did an excellent job. I would recommend them. He did call to let us know he would be late.
