Description of Work: Repaired a main sewage drain that had corroded and broke, By passed the old drain with PVC, cut a hole through the basement wall and reconnected the pipe, Kept us from having to dig up the whole garage floor. Great work, great guys and an honest price.

Description of Work: One of our house's electric hot water heaters quit working after my husband had followed the instructions correctly in attempting to flush the water heater. This water heater was installed around 9 years ago for less than $350, I believe. I called a plumbing company that I have used before, and they told me that a their replacement electric water heater would cost $900, as they now only install commercial water heaters; however, they could install a residentail water heater if I purchased it & picked it up! I called Holt Plumbing and they send out Mark the next morning with a new residential heater (their estimated cost for replacement was in the neighborhood of $450, I believe). When Mark came to the door, I told him that the water heater had not ruptured, but that my husband had flushed it, correctly, and that initally it seemed to not be heating quite as well, but within a day or two, it was not heating at all. Mark said that he should check to see if I actually needed a new water heater. He went under the house to check and came back to the door in about 10 minutes to let me know that while the tank appreared to have no problems, the heating elements were bad. He said that he could just replace the elements, if I wanted, rather than putting in the new water heater. The necessary parts were on the truck and Mark replaced them within a 1/2 hour, or so. I was charged the cost of these parts, plus labor, so the total charge a little less than $125.00. I was so excited to have had a polite, knowledgeable person, who arrived at my home promptly, and who was honest with me! Thank you, Holt Plumbing!
