Hinkle Construction aka RH Construction

He took the money and only tore down the existing deck. He gave one excuse after another as to why he couldn't return to start the rebuild of the new deck. He failed to return my money to me even though he signed a termination agreement that states he was to return $4,550 by 7/25/20. It turns out he ended up being arrested in Spring Hill, TN on a warrant for home improvement fraud. I've also learned that defrauding people is a common theme with this guy, owner Ryan Hinkle. He has been known to operate as RH Construction and as Nashville Custom Exteriors. Do not advise using him.

I hired Ryan Hinkle on December 26, 2019. I paid him $3,000 down with an online agreement that total cost would be $10,000. At first, he would show up maybe 4 days/week. As the work progressed, I paid him another $4,000. Then he started working 3 days/week. Then there were weeks where he didn't show up at all but always had an excuse. Then he stopped coming and didn't reply to my calls, texts, or emails. He left my house in shambles. Two rooms downstairs have the ceiling out (1 completely and 1 partially). The upstairs bathroom is only partially complete so now I have to hire someone else to do the drywall, electrical, tiling, and hooking up plumbing. STAY CLEAR OF RYAN HINKLE AND HINKLE CONSTRUCTION!!!!!
