+ -1 moreWhile I thought they did a very good job, I dropped their "professionalism" grade because their ladder was not tall enough and they ended up putting a ladder in the back of a pick up truck, which still did not reach the peak, and so they had a brave soul climbing up the roof, inching a foam crib mattress up as he went. I will check on the insurance when I get future exterior paint jobs done, as well as making sure they have the ability to safely reach the peaks. On the responsiveness issue, just never heard from them again. While they were doing the work, the owner responded pretty quickly, but when I tried to get in touch with them to do another job, never heard back. If you can get in touch with them, and your hour is not 3 stories high, they do nice work at a reasonable price.
Description of Work: they painted and caulked the second story of our Tudor style home, first story is stone and brick.
