Electrician found and corrected loose wire from garbage disposal; submitted color photos to document. Found power going to ceiling light OK, but could not determine if bulbs or ballast needed replacement without first replacing bulbs with new ones, which I did not have. Quoted price for replacing ballast and bulbs later was $233. Seemed costly, so declined and had a handyman do the job for less than $100. Hiller is usually more expensive. Charge for correcting garbage disposal circuit was $99 which I found reasonable. Electrician also recommended other items for replacement or installation, but did not pressure to have done. These recommendations for consideration were an appreciated service.

The electrician was on time, very professional, and very considerate about my home. He did a great job and did it quickly and thoroughly. Everything he fixed is working great! And he was very nice and polite. I am pleased with this service including the value for the price. I give the highest rating. I’m so glad I called Hiller.

The service has always been great, always on time and no need to wait for service, and they send a picture of the technician who would come so you'll know who would be servicing your system.

I purchased a new home and had a clogged drain. I called them to unclog the drain. They quoted my wife $9000 to unclog the drain telling her it is unfortunate that the whole home needs repiped using pressure tactics on her saying we would not be able to do laundry or use our water if we didn’t get it done immediately. It was a total scam. We called another company who were able to clean out the drain for $200. I will definitely not recommend them.

I'm very pleased with the job that Hiller Plumbing team did installing my tankless water heater. They were professional, friendly, and helpful - answering all my questions and cleaning up when they were finished. Prior to selecting them for the job, they walked me through what they were going to do to make sure I understood. We discussed all aspects of the work that needed to be done and they set my expectations quite high - and they did not disappoint! The Hiller team demonstrated a very high level of workmanship and the job they did looks and works great. I can be very picky when paying someone to do work for me and these guys exceeded my expectations. Their initial price was a bit higher than others I had quote the job, but it was worth paying a little more to have it done right. I would definitely recommend Hiller Plumbing.

I called Hiller and told them the temperature sensor had gone on my water heater, and they said they'd tell the technician who'd be here at 1. At 1:30 still no one so I call and they say I was getting someone *after* 1, that they'd work me in. They could only say that someone would come at some point and that they were busy - no guesstimate at all, even within a couple of hours. So I said I'd wait to hear back a few hours but would then go elsewhere. Then someone called back right away and said they were on way, so that was good. The technician was perfectly nice but hadn't been notified that the temperature sensor was the problem. Anyway he looks at it and says it needs a temperature sensor, which is in this 4"x4"x2" plastic box stuck onto the outside of water heater. He could get one tomorrow maybe and the part and installation would be $700! I asked how much the part cost, and he said around $250. I asked how much labor was involved, and he said 30-40 minutes! I asked what the labor rate was, and he said around $200. So that would be around $150 for labor plus around $250 for the part, totalling $400. He said the extra $300ish was to back up the part. I know there's overhead, etc., but you'd think the $200/hr would take care of that, or the initial visitation cost. Throwing in an extra $300 charge is outrageous. So I paid $79 for the visit and won't work with them again. I've worked with other plumbing companies in Nashville with much better results.

They are always generally on time. The folks there are professional. The only downside is I think they are a little overpriced. They are expensive.

I think the plumbing service is a bit more reasonable than their other services.

We had this $99. So, they could come out. They were very good. On the price, at that time an A, but they had gone up. It was good service. The quality was very good. We didn't have any problems with them. He was pleasant. It was very good. I give them an "A" for what they did, but we just felt like it was a lot for the next year.

They are very friendly and very helpful. They are extremely professional.

They're honest. If there's nothing wrong they'll tell you there's nothing wrong. They'll give you the best solution for what you can get. They've come out here in the middle of the night before, on the weekend. I wasn't even charged anything.

I was a part of the happy Hiller club, and it was $100 a year. All the providers are very professional, very nice, and do really nice work. The servicing of the unit is a fair price. Any other work they quote you on, is very expensive. Above and beyond, they spend a lot of time with you. They can improve on their prices. The work took maybe a half hour.

Man was I in a pickle! Metro Water upgraded the water main on Beechwood Friday last week and shut the water off to the whole street. But when the city turned the water main back on several hours later with the increase in water pressure, it blew my water heater. Ugh! I called Hiller Plumbing on Sunday and they sent over Daniel Fadgan over to assess the damage on Mother's Day no less. Daniel was very knowledgeable when discussing the situation and helped explain our options. Webb Thomas got us a reasonable estimate and Wednesday morning scheduled Gary Duke and Corey Battes at 8 am to install both a pressure reducing valve and a brand new commercial grade water heater. Both gentlemen were kind and courteous and super quick getting all the equipment installed. I couldn't be happier with our decision of company to use or the knowledgeable, capable expertise of all the staff on our job, Daniel, Webb, Gary and Corey! Thank you! Hiller- you've got yourself a great team and a customer for life!

They're a huge company. They're the only company that charges you a $79 visit for your service and do not take it off of your repair price. They charged me $79 to show up and then they charged me full price on everything else they did. For the dripping faucet they wanted so much money I could have brought a house. They were on time, they unclogged my drains, and the truck had a cute little happy face on it. They do have a good reputation online, I just thought that their prices was ridiculous. They wanted $500 to replace a kitchen faucet, they wanted like $250 to rebuild a kitchen faucet and a bathroom faucet. I think that was a lot of money, at least take the $79 off because every company I used to deal with said that if you had work done they'll take off the visit fee, not Hiller. They charge you $79 whether you spend three million or you spend nothing like that. I just think that their prices are too high. There got to be companies in Nashville which I will find next time I need plumbing, that will not be high. The work that they did was very good. I will never use them in the future.

They did absolutely a great job. I wouldn't change anything. It was just one guy. He took a couple of hours to complete the work. They are knowledgeable and did a good job.

Great! It took a couple of hours to get it fixed, that includes taking time to go get the part.
