Hers and His Plumbing

Josh came out today to solve our problem with the shower leaking down into the ceiling of the workshop. He called before coming with an estimated time, arrived promptly and was able to solve our problem. Such a great guy. Very knowledgeable and left a clean work area. Would definitely call Hers and His again.

I really like working with this company; pricing is competitive, they are very experienced and professional. They follow up with you and do exactly what they say they're going to do. Everything was done right the first time and I have only used them ever since.

We had an issue with our master bath toilet. Called our Home Warranty company and they assigned us to Hers and His. The first appointment was on a Thursday afternoon from 1p-4p. I asked if they had anything on a weekend as my husband and I both work Monday thru Friday. Their first Saturday appointment was 3 weeks away so my husband took time off from work to sit at home and wait for them. One hour before our appointment window, we were called and told that the technician for our area had called out sick. The next available time frame would be the following Monday from 2p-5p. This is ridiculous. They didn't care at all that my husband had to burn a vacation day to sit at home and wait, there was no effort on their part to try to rectify this situation. They wouldn't even try to pull a technician from another area to come help us out since they cancelled last minute. Their suggestion was to call our Home Warranty company and request another vendor. I will never call them again and will make sure everyone I know knows exactly how inefficient and unhelpful they are. Customer Service means nothing to them.

He had to go and buy the stuff. He replaced a pipe that was damaged. He put a different kind of pipe in there so that they could actually open it up. They wouldn't have to cut the pipe. They wouldn't have to ruin the pipe. I think it was called a clean-out something that would really aid in any kind of future problem. Plus, he did the valve under the sink. It cost me $600. They really were at the top of the list. He just did it. He just did everything. He explained everything and took pictures. Then he flushed the toilet and it was going under the house. He had me buy a bag of lime so that he could spread it under the house to get rid of it. It immediately stopped flushing the toilet. He was great. The price was very reasonable. He came out immediately.

I can't specifically remember what I paid so above is an estimate, but I do remember feeling the amount was reasonable. They did a great job and I would definitely use them again.

Tech was smug and basically told me I didn't know how to turn off a faucet and that I had to have over tightened the faucet handle for it to have fallen off. He collected his $60 fee I have to pay from our insurance and went on his merry way. I called the insurance company and majorly vented and they sent out another company who came in and repaired the faucet handle with no issues and it was covered by the insurance company. The 2nd company they sent in said they had been following the trali of hers and his plumbing and a lot of people had had issues. I will never have them in my home ever again.

After taking off work to be here for the service which took 4 days to get an appointment they did not show. I expected them at 9am and when they didn't come by 10am I called. I was told the tech was in my area and I would be next and that the timeframe was from 9am-12noon. I said OK. I got called again about 12:30 and was told he would be late. I said he was already late and how late. She could give me no idea. Now I have stayed home all day. At about 2:30 or so they called and said no one would be here today. I said that was unacceptable and would need someone tomorrow. She then told me I would have to wait until Thursday for a tech. I told her forget it. We can not keep taking off work. This is now costing me a fortune!!!

Our water heater went out. They ordered the wrong one and then took forever to order and receive the correct one. It took over a week with no hot water in the winter. Very frustrating. The technician was very professional but the people at the office were not.

The plumber, James Brenvley was on time, professional in his dealings and cleaned up after his work. I was charged a $75.00 deductible and the home warranty company is to pay the remainder

Hers and His plumbing was called by my homeowners warrantly company after the first plumbers (Drain Go) failed misserably. Hers and His did a great job on a relatively difficult leak and did minimal damage to wall in order to do so. They showed up right on time, explained to me exactly what needed to be done, fixed the leak and the poor repairs done previously, and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them.

Great, they were on time..wore shoe covers. Did what they said they would.

They were efficient and good. They did what they said they were going to do. The price wasn't bad since it was through my insurance company.

The first repairman said he needed to order a part and that he would be back. His attitude was very rude. he stated that it was a long drive to my house and didn't feel that he was adequately reimbursed for his gas. About 2 weeks later he came back to complete the job...used a decorative wastebasket to catch the water from the toilet tank. He obviously didn't realize that it was fragile..made of rice paper and mother of pearls shells...so the bottom fell out causing all of the water to soak into my carpeted floor. When I saw what had happened, I informed the company. I told them that the floor was sopping, soaking wet. Since the company also had to replace a knob handle in my shower, I was told that they would be right out. It took almost a week to get them back out because they had to order the knob. When the new repairman came he took pictures of the wastebasket and the carpet. I was then told that their insurance would replace the carpet and basket. I was told to buy the items..their insurance would pay. Now they refuse to pay anything.
