 + -1 moreGood experience in general. Had to wait 10 minutes or so before a salesman was available to help me, but I used the time to browse (this was a Friday AM). When my electrician installed the lighting, one of the expensive bulbs "blew" right away. I called the salesman I had worked with, Bryan, and he said to bring it back and they would replace it - no charge - which they did. My only "complaint" is trying to decide from the large number of things in stock and a sore neck from craning it to see the price on the tags attached to the lights.
Description of Work: Went to look for new kitchen table chandelier, pendants for over peninsula, undercabinet lights, and recessed lighting (to be installed by my electrician who had given me specific information on model #'s of cans, baffles, bulbs). Worked with Bryan Christensen who was knowledgable about advantages of different baffles. He ordered the pendants to match the chandelier I picked and answered my questions. He gathered the things on my list and Hermitage packed up everything I chose for me. Hermitage has a very large selection.

 + -1 moreAlthough the price was part of the builder's final bill to me, I do know that it was very reasonable and they did a really nice job. The men that came were very professional, installed the units very quickly, and the quality of the finished work was really good.
Description of Work: During the building of our home recently, this company installed a total of three large ceiling fans. This took them about 3 hours to do in total.

 + -1 moreVery polite. Done quicker than expected and at a great price. Also explained how to attach an older chandelier.
Description of Work: Hank in the service department restored/rewired my grandmothers chandelier. Awesome service. Actually had it done within a day and at the price he quoted. He does this on the side, but Hermitage Lighting is cool with it and you drop off your chandelier in the service department. Just because of Hank, it makes me want to use Hermitage Lighting for my other needs.
