Beware at all costs!! They are liars and say anything to have you sign up for their services. I was told there was no contract and I could cancel at any time for any reason. Just sign your name on this iPad a couple times and you are done! BS - I tried to text, email and call to cancel and was initially told it was taken care of by the deceitful sales guy who strong armed me into signing. When I called customer service, I was passed from person to person who told me that I had signed a one year agreement that automatically renews and I would have to pay for the previous months (which I THOUGHT were cancelled) plus a $199 cancellation fee. I stood my ground and refused to pay it. So they started calling and emailing me EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! They finally charged my credit card without my authorization!! Lesson learned. Don’t feel sorry for the young college kid who will say anything to sell you a bogus policy. They only came to spray my yard twice over the course of 6 months and never did inside my house or the garage. What a terrible experience!!!

The tech came out and showed me fake pics of my house as if infested by termites and pressured me into buying termite bait to be installed in my yard. He said it was “in house” 6 months same as cash. He used so much fear tactics I felt obligated to sign up. All he did was pulled out the iPad and said sign here, here, and here. “This is just acknowledging” you accept the service. I had no idea this was for 3rd party financing called Splitit.com. They have no customer service. Their FAQ’s state cancellations have to be handled through the merchant as they don’t do refunds! Now I’ve paid $199 to cancel pest control service and still stuck with $1,400 for this bait system. I had 2 other pest control companies to come out and take a look. Absolutely no termite holes and absolutely no termites on any bait!!!! These things are sold on Amazon for $8 ea. I called and begged to refund me and was told they already were paid from Splitit.com and because I didn’t call within 3 days I forfeit my right to cancel and they would not refund me!!! This company is full of deceit and pressure people by using false advertisement and fear! LIES MOST IMPORTANTLY! Please stay away

Not impressed with there service. New to area so 1st time not really sure of what all insects in area. 1st time service was ok but really did not know what to expect since I had never had to have this type of service before. Called them back after 2 weeks for a warranty service and it took 5 weeks to get someone scheduled back out and then they canceled the day they were scheduled and rescheduled for week later. I was supposed to get my regular quarterly schedule appointment in October, had to call since I did not receive it and schedule. Not good. They have been charging me for 4 months and service is not worth it don't sign up.

I was talked into switching to Hawx from my current service provider. I was told by an employee, named Johnny, that he would cancel me from my current provider as well as credit my account the termination fee. After a few days I come to find out that I was still charged by the other company despite being told I would not have to do anything on my end. I tried contacting Johnny continuously to find out what was going on and after a couple text messages he stopped responding to me completely. After calling Hawx customer service I was told that their employees can not cancel memberships to other companies on behalf of a customer. I was then offered credit on my account to cancel the other company. I considered choosing this but after being bounced around by different employees for a few weeks, as well as already being charged another full quarter from my current provider, I decided to cancel Hawx. Even though I was lied to from the beginning and ignored by the employee who had given me false information, they refused to use the credit they offered me to cancel my membership with them. Though the employees I talked to on the phone were nice, to say the company values good customer service would be false. Steer clear of this company.

Never showed up 3 times when I called to reschedule service. Then I got charged $199 for canceling early--even though I called 3 x's!! to get service. Their website says they are "reliable and innovative"...definitely not reliable and unwilling to refund my $199 for their mistakes.

Crooks, I’ve been lied to multiple times. The salesman lied about multiple things including canceling my previous pest control service, this never happened and apparently isn’t a service they offer anymore so I’m still in that contract. I’ve paid multiple months and had two technicians that also lied to me in my home but somehow I still have bugs. Even the manager on the phone is telling me that he “bold face lied to me”. I live in a new construction home with no crawlspace, this shouldn’t be such a fight. I was never informed that I was in a contract from the lying salesman, so now with paying the cancellation fee, because I refuse to have these people back at my home, I have paid hundreds of dollars to never have a service properly completed. This is an expensive service with very poor results. This company is a scam and I advise everyone to steer clear, I would leave no stars if I could. $780 a year is ridiculous for service that is horrible, plus the initial fee of over $100.00. $199.00 cancellation fee is much cheaper but save the time and hassle. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

they charged me without my permission and I've been struggling for over a week to talk to someone from customer service. worst customer service experience I've ever dealt with

I used this service when I found them on Angi's List and they have the absolute worst customer service I have every dealt with. It took them 3 months to cancel my account and then they still insisted I pay for service I never received!!!! DO NOT USE them unless you want to waste a month of your life trying to stop service after completing your initial contract!
