So inept that I would never hire the men they sent.

The worker was very nice and dependable. It took several days to complete the project and the worker Lewis was very diligent.

I was not given any kind of estimate when I made the appointment. When the repairman arrived, he said the job would take approx. 3 hours and would cost approx. $200. The timeline was ridiculous and the price was too expensive. I would not use this company.

There was some confusion with the first handyman that was sent out - he was unable to perform all needed services. However, the company was very quick to apologise and send out another handyman that was able to do the rest of the job.

He was friendly and professional. He worked hard. He was very knowledgeable and did my projects with the expertise needed to get the job done. I would use them again.

Very well. It seemed that the work was treated as if for their own home and family. Labor is expensive. But the quality and professionalism make it seem worth it. Jobs well done.

Light in closet was worked on but need to come back to fix bottom feature on two light floyresant. Switch in guest bedroom was replaced and gutter was cleaned. Great work.

Mike did an awesome job. We have used Handyman connections server all times and are very pleased with their work. From start to finish all member of their staff are awesome!! Monica has also been great!!

No service was performed and got a refund.

MIKE came at the appointment time to give us an estimate. He gave us a low-high range estimate which was provided by the office. Since we needed to get the job done and he had the time, we allowed MIKE to go ahead. The price we paid was rather high even though it was on the lowest end of the range with applying the ANGIE COUPON. All work was done in about 45 minutes.

MIKE returned to repair/replace half of the header board after getting the supplies that morning. He sealed necessary areas to prevent any future problems. He had mentioned the work may take anywhere from 5-6 hours of work. MIKE completed the job in two hours. Repair seems to be done well. Again the price estimate for this job from low-high range was rather high even with the discounts, but we wanted to get the job done as soon as possible.

They never called or contacted me, I ended up hiri g someone else and getting my money back from Angies list

Not good. Wasted my time after assuring me that they could accomplish the job.

Horrible I will never use this company again

Said he would replace a block that was under the railing and did not replace it. He drove out of our driveway and hit yard bags busting one in the driveway and drug another several hundred yards down the street. Then he drove off. Had to spend significant time cleaning up the mess he'd made. I will not use them again.

The repairs went well. The representative was very knowledgeable about the repairs to be done. He took before and after pictures that he showed and explained to me. He also explained that I would need additional work done and he was available to do it if I wanted. The work was done using a discount coupon, and I feel like I got a really good deal.

They came out when they said they would and stated they couldn't do the work.

The technician sent out by Handyman Connection was prompt, responsive, and thorough. Turns out I did in fact have a sagging floor under the master bedroom. I was just expecting to get an estimate but after going over the exact issue with me, the technician took a trip to Home Depot for supplies, and returned straight away to complete the necessary repairs. I am extremely impressed and wouldn't call anyone else for my handyman needs.

Great. Handyman was courteous and prompt. Fixed everything needed for the amount paid to Angie's List.

They did the work and then left. When we had our first rain since the job was completed I realized the skylight was leaking. I called the company back and they came to fix it but then it rained again a few days later and the skylight is still leaking.

He came twice for not more of a total of 4 hours. I decided not call him back to finish and improve some of his work because of the poor quality of the work. Apparently Handyman Connection routinely paints not more than one coat which was not enough in my case. It is in their fine print, I have to admit.; work is guaranteed for 1 year, but must be requested within 72 hours of discovery.. The real outrage is what I was charged: I had a coupon from Angie's List for $150 worth of work, but I was charged an additional $985! This is beyond absurd for the amount and quality of the work. BUYER BEWARE!

It was challenging finding something to meet the $69 amount. Everything I mentioned would take more time then allotted time for the $69. He did the work I requested and I was pleased with it. The guy was very nice and came out and did the work. He came the first day and wasn't able to do the job because he needed to be sure what needed done. He called 20 minutes before coming. He was here within that frame.

I had several more things that needed to be done that should have been able to be done in that time period. He was just extremely, extremely slow. I think that company would have been better to send 2 people for 4 hours instead of 1 person for 8 hours. They knew what I needed done beforehand. It was their choice obviously to send just one person.
