Handyman Connection is fully insured and licensed. Background checks are preformed on all craftsmen. Handyman Connection prices by the job - not by the hour. The customer pays upon the completion of the job, and when they are satisfied with the work. Handyman Connection accepts cash, check, and credit card. Description of Work: I thought the things that needed to be done might take awhile. However, they were very quick. Basically the jobs were very small. He did what I asked....just really didn't need a handyman to do them. A neighbor could have spent 15 minutes here and gotten it done. He was on time, did what I asked, and left. If I had realized how minor the jobs were, I would have planned the visit differently. This was not their fault.....just poor planning on my part.

I am sorry that you did not have a great experience using Handyman Connection I was able to our records and they seem to differ a little from your review. We gave you 2 bids on 8/20 and you stating at that time that you were going to get other bids. On, 8/22 our office followed up with you and you were still waiting on other quotes. On 2/27 we spoke to you and you stated that you wanted Handyman Connection to do the work but had some questions regarding materials. We contacted our craftsman who bid the job but he was out to personal issues. On 9/12 we spoke to you. You stated that since you tried to reach the customer several times you decided not to use Handyman Connection. We did offer to have another craftsman take over the project but you declined. I agree that we should have done a better job of keeping you advised as tot he status of your material questions and we did not. I do apologize for that.
