+ -1 moreFirst they sent a guy they’d just hired who didn’t complete any check list or procedure. Complained and they said they’d send someone else. Never reconnected but I did. With a 2 hour window, no show, no calls from them to advise. On calling, said they were delayed. Hour and half after, still no show, no call.
Description of Work: Wanted a yearly hvac service.

excellent. will call again for A/C HVAC work. very reasonable pricing (best estimate). person answering phone and doing scheduling very friendly and professional (first impressions do matter). technician also friendly, professional, courteous, efficient. appeared at door in company uniform and put on shoe protectors before entering home. called ahead before arriving with estimated arrival time. recommend Halo.

+ -1 moreThe technician, Jacob arrived well within the arranged time window I was given. He quickly diagnosed a low refrigerant condition and provided a couple of options. I selected the one that made sense to me, and he was able to quickly remedy the problem. Highly professional and knowledgable. The charges were also well within my expectations. Will call Halo again if I need HVAC services.

Description of Work: Cleaned blower cabinet of mold and applied inhibitor (which my old technicians of the past three years had never done) and put all new silicone sealing around duct work from unit to house. The best part is they service my unit $10 each for Spring and Fall, i.e. $20 for the year for clean and check. Also the owner made a follow up call asking specific questions on the performance of his tech. I will be a repeat customer and plan on recommending them to my neighbors.
