We had Lights to install other than the Ceiling Fan. We had 2 lights, a light switch switched to a dimmer, an Electrical Outlet, and a Exhaust Fan in the Bathroom also taken care of. He did a great job and the price wasn't expensive. I ask for his card when he was done; He was very professional and inexpensive.
