Recommended and installed wrong size of gutter caps. After obtaining appointment and taking time off. I called to confirm; and they said they wanted to reschedule. After going through their hierarchy of management, they decided to keep original appointment. After installing gutter caps; they failed to function because of wrong size. I informed them; and they did come out and remove in a timely manner. They said they would either replace with full system or make some to fit. After several weeks of not hearing from them, I asked for return of my money. Owner said it would take a couple of weeks. I said I understand, that was not a problem. After two weeks I contacted owner again, to ask for reimbursement; he said it would take a week. Being concerned for the legitimacy of this company I asked to the check immediately. Afterwords, I was able to pick up the check. I would be concern for potential buyers about the service level and response time of this company.
