+ -1 moreHe did an absolutely horrible job. I furnished all of the materials. This would cost me about 2400.00. He didn’t complete the work. He took my money. According to him, he “finished” the work. The pieces of the floor are all still coming up. It is just horrible. I would recommend not hiring this person. He had no prior experience before doing this job. It definitely showed.
Description of Work: He was supposed to lay wood flooring in my den, kitchen, and half bathroom. These aren’t very large rooms. It is a condo.

+ -1 moreYou wouldn't recognize the bathroom upon completion. It looks so much larger utilizing the same space. Greg is very good at designing and creative with his ideas. He was always there for us. Highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Gutted and remodeled a small master bathroom. Built new larger corner shower, new vanities, installed all new fixtures, painted walls, installed new tile floor and shower tile. Painted and installed custom shelving in walk-in closet and linen closet.

+ -1 moreOverall it went pretty well considering that there was a lot of remodeling dust, etc. I did lose a couple of plants in my yard because they cut the tile in the yard, and the dust must've choked the plants. Greg realized that the grass was harmed and did try to replant it, but it didn't take. The whole job took a little longer than I thought it would - a little longer than a month. But they made sure that I always had use of the facilities either up or down while they were working. He also noticed while he was in my house that I needed a floor board in the attic, and put it in for his cost only.
Description of Work: My bathtub, shower door, and sink were removed and carted away. Greg took me to stores to pick out tiles, toilets, sink, and light fixtures. He and his employee then put in a shower stall with tile and a new shower door, a sink and vanity and light fixture, toilet upstairs and down, and new floor tile in both bathrooms.He was able to reuse the mirror that was already there; he just had it recut. He also repaired a ceiling in the downstairs bath and repainted where it was needed in both baths.
