Green Hills House Cleaning

We had communication difficulties to start with which was partly my fault. After we had communicated one time via phone, I assumed he took down my number and the next time I called and left a message I didn't think to leave my number again. He stated email was a good way to get in touch so I emailed and it was 48 hours before I got a response. Eventually he ended up knocking on my door while we were having dinner one night and to spite my growing reservation I scheduled an appointment to have my house cleaned. The first cleaning was suppose to be a deeper clean since it had been 2 months since I cancelled my cleaning service and it only cost $15 more than the regular cleaning so I was wary. He cleaned my house like I would have cleaned it if I had company coming in an hour and just needed to make it look presentable. He used an abrasive sponge on my microwave and master bath tub leaving permanent scratches. I have a one year old who leaves finger prints on two of my inside french doors and those were not cleaned so when he says they don't do windows they mean any glass surface that isn't a mirror. He truly knew nothing about house cleaning and is just trying to make a buck. It doesn't appear that he has read or studied anything about professional house cleaning. When I gave him constructive feedback about the scratches he denied using the abrasive sponge on the microwave which I happened to witness first hand walking into my kitchen while he was cleaning. He stopped quickly after I was aware of what he was doing so I decided not to make an issue of it at that moment. In summary he made Molly Maids look like super stars! Do not be fooled as I was by the amazing website and reviews. They must either be made up or be friends of his who wrote them.

When we first hired Todd and his crew, we were impressed with the job they did in the bathrooms and kitchen. They were always pleasant to work with, accommodating, and efficient. Over time we grew tired of schedule changes, tardiness, and a lack of thoroughness used when dusting and mopping. When my wife mentioned these complaints, we did not see the improvement that we hoped for. There is great potential, but we needed more for the money.
