Wonderful. I was very satisfied. They followed COVID regulations. They came on time. Very professional.

It went extremely well. The workers were professionals who obviously knew what they were doing and were very responsive to us and our concerns. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to any of my friends.

Everything installed looked good, used panel sheets for shower walls. The only issues we had was the shower could have been wider from entry glass door to back wall but we were not given an option to make that request. Also the walls where the Jacuzzi was torn out were not repaired smoothly but was rough and had a ridge in the middle.

Best experience I’ve ever had from a contractor. Every person within the company was a pleasure to work with. I will be using them for future projects.

Not good....this place does NOT do granite....it is listed under Granite & Marble....total waste of my time and misleading

It went good. I had a problem see they had to come back and do it second time because of the problem of the first time and I suspect it might have been cause of their work cause I have replaced the counter itself.

.Every thing went exceptionally well. Every one was extremely nice. How ever i was RIPPED OFF because i have the make of Quartz instead of Granite. The word QUARTZ was never mentioned . FYI my faucet wasnt leaking before the cabinets and back splash was installed. My dish washer was not working after they installed every thing. But the provider did come back and fix my dishwasher. If Angies List cant resolve this issues. I plan to go to the BBB with my complaint

When I called the office to ask about the product and schedule an appointment, the lady I spoke with was very cordial and businesslike. She scheduled the appointment and answered the questions I had at that time. We later received a call to confirm our appointment, and the Sales Consultant called to let us know he was on his way to our home. He arrived promptly at the agreed time. After showing him our kitchen and explaining what we wanted done, he shared information about the products, showed us samples, and explained the steps and time frame for completing the work. A few days after the appointment, we received a call from the office informing us of the installation date. We also received a detailed letter explaining the process and giving instruction on what we needed to do. Someone came to measure the area for the template. A few days later the countertops were installed. The next day the tile backsplashes and plumbing were done. This completed the process. The installers were punctual and very pleasant. They did quality work and left the area clean upon completion. This project really enhanced our kitchen. Granite Transformations did an excellent job! We were especially pleased with the quality of the products, their professionalism and communication with the customer, the well-structured plan of action, and the quickness and thoroughness in completing the project. We had a wonderful experience with Granite Transformations and will use them again on other projects we may have in the future.

I was pleased with the experience from the initial estimate, through the completion and cleanup. Everyone was proffesional. I am happy with the work and would recommend them to anyone.

Had to send one top back because of wrong measurement. Quality of product was not as we had hoped!

I thought they were wonderful. I had every intention of calling them again to do the job. They were real nice and laid back and I like uptight people even though I am not uptight. He came in and he didn’t rush me to pick things. They like to show everything they got. He laid everything out. He let me take my time in picking up what I wanted and I had plenty to pick from. He just took his time and I just really liked him a lot.

These guys are GREAT! I would highly recommend them. I had a big job and they completed the work on time and exactly as planned. There were no surprises and I felt like I got a great deal. They did such an amazing job that I feel like I have a whole new home. They were always on time, courteous, reliable, trust worthy, and they added a great deal of value to my home. I could go on and on about how wonderful this company is and I am a very picky customer! If you are considering a kitchen or bath remodel, please call Bret or Vickie and have them come out and give them a chance. It was great. They were on time for the consultation. He had samples large enough to really see the different colors. He was really organized and was able to place the samples over our existing counters and it was easy to see what would look best. After picking the one we wanted they came back one week later to make a template. Two weeks after that they came out and got everything set. They look great and you would never know they cover the old counters.

Cabinets look great and we love the soft close drawer hardware. Countertops were a bit of a problem though. The 1st installation did not take into account the drip edge on the old formica countertops and the new material did not come out flat, it sagged down in the middle plus it was out of level in several spots. The material is only 1/4in thick and does not stay flat unless it is properly shimmed. This company came back in and completely removed the countertops and did a very good installation the 2nd time around plus they fixed a wavy spot in the glass backsplash. They do stand behind their work. Plumbing for the replacement sink was a problem I would recommend that you hire your own guy if you have one. I spent a lot more of my time on the project than I ever would have expected but we are fairly pleased with the final results.

Salesman was friendly and professional. Price was a bit higher than comparable Real Granite; but the job was completed in 1 day; it was Clean and Looks Good

They (BJ-installer and Keith-plumber) were extremely professional, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure having them work in my home. They were on time and worked quickly. Everything was cleaned up before they left (that was wonderful) and we were given instructions as to what to use on both the counters and sink. I really appreciate the time they took to make this easy for us. Thank you to BJ, Keith, and Granite Transformation!

I decided not to use them I wanted granite and they tried to sell me another type of product that cost more and didn't look as good as granite. So we did not use this company the guy that came out was nice and professional

Granite Transformations was excellent. The sales guy was knowledgeable and the quote was solid. They were exactly on time and the product was exactly as described. They even gave us some design inputs on what we wanted to do and it came out great.

We were acquainted with the product before we decided to purchase and the appeal for us was the ease in replacing our worn counter tops without a huge construction job.. Salesman was very knowledgable and low pressure, along with being patient while we made our final choice of color. Worker came out the following week and spent about 2 hours making a template and figuring out how to make the extended bar top align with the counter ends. A week later, he and a co-worker showed up promptly at 8 AM and remained there until the job was completed by 5 PM. Having the same worker do the install (as the measurements/template) made it easier as he was totally familiar with the job. Ours was not the easiest to do. Overall the job went very well.....the only caveat being the seam could not be located where the salesman drew it on his preliminary sketch. Hence, it's longer than I would like, but well hidden. We love the look and yes, it is a different look from slab granite, but quite attractive with less maintenance. The Nashville TN franchise is run very well and a pleasure to do business with. They were timely and have a very capable crew working for them.

When I called granite transformations they were very personable and professional over the phone. They were able to schedule an appointment for someone to come out and take a look at our kitchen that same week. The gentleman that came out was extremely prompt, professional and really knew his stuff. He was not a pushy salesman, which I very much appreciated. He looked at our kitchen and pulled out samples for us to look at. We found a combination that we really liked and made the purchase. We payed exactly half that evening and the other half was to be paid upon completion of the work. The following day they called and scheduled the installation dates. The installation was to happen on two separate days one day to do the counter tops and the next day to do the backs plash. A gentleman came over between the purchase and the install date to take all of our measurements so that they could create the templates for the counters.After that was done about a week later the install started. The men came in and were on time and very professional. They installed the counter tops and now our granite counter tops look great! A day or so later they came to install the new sink and the back splash. Again these guys were on time and professional and our new back splash looks awesome. They even installed a new garbage disposal that I purchased at no extra charge. All in all this was a very good experience.
