Description of Work: Everyone was very friendly.The quote and cost were competitive with other glass companies i contacted. The work was done quickly. Just a great company and I would highly recommend and will use again for any glass needs.

Description of Work: Replaced sliding glass door. Price was middle of the scale. Had to wait over a week to get service. They left a HUGE mess. All the glass from the busted door was in my driveway and glass was left all around the door area.

Description of Work: Replaced broken mirror in door of a stand up jewelry cabinet. |Cut a 1/2 inch piece of glass for a tabletop. |Very pleased with the results of both. The replacement of the mirror was quite |complicated due to the backing on the inside of the cabinet that had to be removed.

Description of Work: Glass Doctors is going to replace the glass in two windows that have broken seals. The are non functioning windows. The work is to be completed on June 16, 2015. So far, I have had a very good experience working with them. I would work with them again.

Description of Work: Put in my front windshield but it leaked the first 2 times. So far the 3 rd time seems to work. They didn't argue , sent someone right out to fix it. The first 2 times it was the same guy, 3rd time I asked for a different installer & all seems to b well. Our Odysey hasn't sat outside in the pouring rain yet either so who knows. I have my fingers crossed

Description of Work: They installed two frameless glass doors on my bathtub/shower. They followed all of my instructions and did the installation on time. The quality of the product is excellent.

Description of Work: Fixed my bedroom window which was smashed before I moved in. Overall very good job and great customer service. Email responses were quick and great but had to wait over a week for someone to come out just for a measurement which I thought was quite long in my opinion to come out. This was my first window replacement so I don't know if thats normal or not. Price was right tho and the install went great. I really do highly recommend Glass Doctor and will probably go with them again if a window breaks again.

Description of Work: Replaced broken windshield. They came out next day, had everything they needed with them, replaced the windshield. No problems. Price was comparable with (slightly better, actually) another place I called that was harder to schedule with.

Description of Work: Cut glass for a buffet top. Helpful and glass was ready when promised. I picked up the glass as the delivery fee and visit to put it on the buffet was more than I anticipated.

Description of Work: I called about about having a leaded glass window repaired. They sent someone out for a free estimate. They were not able to repair leaded glass, but the technician stayed and talked to me about other companies who might be able to help me. He discussed many options with me. Even went as far to measure the window area so that I could call another company and have all the correct measurements! I was so impressed with the techs knowledge of glass. Later that afternoon I get a call from the owner. He was calling to give me the name and phone number of a gentleman who specializes in leaded glass. This company has amazing customer service! All of this great service and they didn't make a dime. I will remember them for any future glass needs.
