+ -1 moreCame within a few days, arrived on time, was easy to work with, ran out for the parts instead of making me wait for another visit.
Description of Work: I had reached a dead end trying to set up a wireless home network. Steve helped me, mainly by finding out that my gateway was defunct. He installed a new one, set up the network, cleaned up several computers, installed AVG, etc. He is easy to work with, and unlike so many computer geeks, he does not appear to look down on us normal humans. His hourly charge is reasonable.
